Today the All-Russian action - Total Test “Accessible Environment” has started, designed to draw attention to the rights and needs of people with disabilities. During the event, everyone will be able to assess their knowledge of inclusive communication and the organization of barrier-free space. Testing includes questions on several thematic blocks: creating an accessible environment, ethics of communication with people with disabilities, rules for providing situational assistance. Also, as a result of the event, a public discussion of issues and training with the participation of leading experts will take place. Well-known statesmen, leaders of public opinion, representatives of culture and art will be speakers of the Total Test "Accessible Environment". Participants of the event will also have the opportunity to prepare for testing and take free training courses from leading Russian experts in the field of accessible environments, inclusive communication and the creation of accessible digital services for people with disabilities. For the first time, the promotion started in 2019, and since then it has been held annually. Last year, more than 100,000 people from 85 constituent entities of Russia took part in the testing. Registration of participants, access to the educational course and online broadcasts are available on the website: www.total-test.ru. Testing will be open until December 10 inclusive, so everyone can test their knowledge at any convenient time.

More than 60 teams of architects took part in the forum, among them such eminent teams as Sergey Skuratov, Alexander Tsimailo, as well as Stanislava Boshkovich, a graduate of KSUAE who works as an architect in London. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin called the transition and training in BIM design one of the main tasks of the architectural and construction industry in the near future.

Issues related to the activities of management companies and homeowners' associations of the republic, problems and prospects of the housing and communal services sector, control of overhaul in apartment buildings and areas of responsibility for repairs, snow removal, MSW, individualization of legislation in relation to apartment buildings and individual residential construction, today, within the framework of the round table “Experience and prospects in the management of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan” were discussed by experts in the field of housing and communal services in the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan has summed up the results of the annual media competition for the best coverage of topics in the field of construction, architecture, housing and communal services. The organizing committee of the competition reviewed 200 information materials received from journalists and editorial teams of TV channels, radio stations, print media, news agencies and network (Internet) publications of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, for the purpose of legal education of citizens on housing and communal services, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan, K. Marksa St., 61) provided free legal assistance to the population. The representatives of the legal department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Latypova and Albina Nurtdinova took part in the work. During the reception of citizens, specialists considered more than 75 applications.

On November 30, 2021 at 17.30, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts a live broadcast #HousingMolodymRT with a broadcast on the YouTube channel. During the live broadcast, the federal housing projects of JSC DOM.RF will be presented in an accessible and detailed form ("Preferential mortgage" up to 7% for new buildings, "Family mortgage" up to 6% for the purchase and refinancing, "Rural mortgage" at a rate of up to 3%), as well as the republican youth housing program "Young Family" of the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan on preferential terms of the social mortgage (7% per annum and an initial payment of 10% of the cost of housing).

The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

It is pleasant to note that in terms of housing construction, the Republic of Tatarstan is in the top ten among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation,” — noted Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services. Deputy Director of the State Autonomous Institution "Center for Energy and Resource Efficient Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan" - Head of the Regional Center of Competence in the Sphere of Labor Productivity Shamil Bayramov made a presentation on the national project "Labor Productivity". He recalled that since 2018 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, the activities of the national project "Labor Productivity" have been successfully implemented, which are primarily aimed at providing expert support to enterprises to optimize production or auxiliary processes by introducing lean technologies and training employees. Participation in the national project allows enterprises to increase labor productivity, as well as master the basics of implementing lean manufacturing tools. An additional measure of support for the participants of the national project is the possibility of obtaining a soft loan of up to 300 million rubles at 1% per annum to modernize production and master the release of new products. The seminar was attended by representatives of enterprises of the building materials industry - potential participants in the national project "Labor productivity".
