The key topic was the preferential rural mortgage. The main operator of the program, Rosselkhozbank, has already given out to residents of Tatarstan about 1.6 billion rubles for the purchase of primary and secondary housing in rural areas. Tatarstan is among the leading regions in terms of the volume of rural mortgage lending among Russian regions, along with Bashkortostan, Leningrad and Novosibirsk regions. 708 families have already used the program in the republic. In the structure of applications for real estate objects, almost half - 47% - are finished residential buildings, a third - 31% - the purchase of apartments under contracts of sale. 16% of clients are ready to buy an apartment under equity participation agreements. Only 7% are focused on individual construction. Despite the fact that the maximum loan term under the program is 25 years, in Tatarstan the average term is 2.5 times less - residents take out a loan for 10 years, and the average rural mortgage check is 2.3 million rubles.

The renewed school will host 309 schoolchildren on September 1.

The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan announced that the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of labor protection in construction has conducted 777 inspections since the beginning of the year. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection 91 decisions were issued for a total amount of 3 million 625 thousand rubles. Under the line of individual housing construction in 2020, it is planned to build and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of 1 million 388.2 thousand square meters. As of August 14, 7,714 individual residential buildings with an area of 1 million 2.9 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 72.2% of the plan. The dynamics over the past 2 weeks amounted to 85.5 thousand sq. m. In the sector "Youth Policy", a program for the construction and reconstruction of children's health camps is being implemented. Construction of 8 and reconstruction of 1 facility is planned. To date, work has been completed at 5 sites; work continues at 4 sites. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to carefully monitor compliance with all building codes for high-quality construction of facilities.

On the territory of the educational institution, a solemn ceremony of transferring school buses to municipalities of the republic took place. In total, Tatarstan schools will receive 200 cars.
The issue of building a new fire and rescue unit in the village Apastovo has been brewing for a long time. The old building of the fire station was built almost 40 years ago. And now, to the delight of all firefighters, the issue of building a new fire station was resolved positively. This became possible thanks to the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Today the long-awaited object was given a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of technical documentation. The new fire protection facility includes a fire station with three exits, auxiliary premises for servicing machinery and storing equipment, a modular boiler room, an underground fire tank, a sewage pumping station, and a site for solid household waste. For combat and sports training, a heat-smoke chamber, a sports ground, and a training fire tower have been created.

On September 1, our children will enter quality educational institutions. Repairs in both educational institutions are carried out by one contractor. The building has sections for both adult visitors and children. All necessary conditions have been created for people with limited mobility. The funds for the construction of sports facility were allocated from the regional budget.
Tatarstan President looked around the premises of the new swimming pool and appreciated the high quality of the work performed.

Comprehensive landscaping under the presidential program "Our Yard" this year will be performed in 1,084 yards. All objects that will be improved this year are marked on the “Improvement Map”. In each courtyard, three days before the start of construction work, an object passport with a final improvement plan is installed.
