So, 1 million 66.2 thousand square meters of housing, this is 35.8% of the plan, were commissioned in the republic. The relevant document will enter into force on June 6. In accordance with the order dated 29.04.2020 No. 237 / pr “On the approval of the conditions for classifying residential premises as standard housing”, individual residential buildings with an area of up to 150 square meters on a land plot of not more than 1500 square meters, blocks up to 130 square meters as part of a residential building of blocked development, apartments with a total area of not more than 100 square meters are classified as standard housing. The apartment can be located in an apartment building in which unimpeded access for disabled people is provided, as well as in a house that is assigned an energy efficiency class B and higher. The requirements for the interior decoration of standard housing are also regulated: a metal entrance door and interior doors, window units with a window sill must be installed; the surfaces of walls or partitions should be leveled and painted or glued with wallpaper, the surface of the ceilings should be leveled and painted, or ceiling structures or tension systems should be installed on it; the floor should be leveled and have a floor covering; in bathrooms it is necessary to provide waterproofing, plumbing, faucets, lighting fixtures, ventilation grilles, inspection hatches, leveling screed, waterproofing, ceramic coating on the floor; in the kitchen should be a sink with a curbstone, a stove and a ventilation grill.

"Adymnar" multilingual general education complex was reviewed by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. The acceptance of work for participation in the second round of the All-Russian open public competition for the best architectural project of the Central District Hospital (CDH) with a design capacity of 80, 240 and 400 beds has been completed. Competition projects of 18 central district hospitals were presented by 12 design organizations from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Voronezh and Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region. Six projects were developed for a hospital with 80 beds, five projects for a hospital with 240 beds and seven projects for a hospital with 400 beds. The work of the jury will end before the 1st of July. Winners will be announced on the 10th of July. Based on the results of the competition, winners and prize-winners will conclude agreements on the acquisition in the ownership of the Russian Federation of the exclusive right to use competitive projects.
