Each of the kindergartens under construction will accept 220 babies closer to the fall, half of which will be toddlers. The "Eurostyle" and "StroyTrust" companies are engaged in the construction of preschool institutions. Each of the facilities has a high degree of readiness.

The minister visited 4 municipal districts as part of a working trip to the republic. In Almetyevsk, the Republican program “Our Yard” was launched. Work began in the courtyards of houses No. 1, No. 3 on Suleymanova Street, No. 123, No. 125 on March 8 Street, No. 125 on Sovetskaya Street. The program will be implemented over five years. The list of improvements included courtyards of houses built before 2014, which previously had no participation in other programs of courtyards repairing. The complex of upcoming work consists of 7 points: repair of driveways and sidewalks, outdoor lighting, installation of benches and urns, MSW sites, baby equipment, sites coated with sand and gravel, partial landscaping.

The head of the Russian Ministry of Construction Vladimir Yakushev signed an order that approved methodological recommendations on the procedure for monitoring and controlling the elimination of accidents and incidents in the sphere of housing and communal services. They fix a single standard for the provision of information and classification of events for a subsystem for monitoring and controlling the elimination of accidents and incidents in the sphere of housing and communal services. The document signed by the Minister defines the recommended operating procedure for regional situational centers in the housing and communal services sector for relevant executive bodies of the constituent entities, as well as a list of data providers and how to connect them to the system. In pilot mode, the subsystem for monitoring and controlling the elimination of accidents and incidents in the sphere of housing and communal services will begin operating on July 1 of this year.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the sanitary-ecological two-month period for cleaning up the territories of settlements has been completed, which took place from April 1 to May 31 of the current year. The State Construction Inspection Inspectorate has conducted 468 inspections since the beginning of the year. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection 65 decisions were made for a total of 2 million 560 thousand rubles. Such data was brought today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the progress of housing construction on June 5. So, 1 million 66.2 thousand square meters of housing, this is 35.8% of the plan, were commissioned in the republic.  The dynamics of housing commissioning over 2 weeks amounted to 70.7 thousand square meters. Under programs of state support to citizens in providing housing, it is planned to improve the living conditions of 728 families in the amount of 1 billion 193.4 million rubles. This year, 600 orphans will be provided with housing in the republic. The work is underway.

The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation approved the conditions for classifying residential premises as standard housing and the requirements for interior decoration of standard-type housing. The relevant document will enter into force on June 6. In accordance with the order dated 29.04.2020 No. 237 / pr “On the approval of the conditions for classifying residential premises as standard housing”, individual residential buildings with an area of ​​up to 150 square meters on a land plot of not more than 1500 square meters, blocks up to 130 square meters as part of a residential building of blocked development, apartments with a total area of ​​not more than 100 square meters are classified as standard housing.  The apartment can be located in an apartment building in which unimpeded access for disabled people is provided, as well as in a house that is assigned an energy efficiency class B and higher. The requirements for the interior decoration of standard housing are also regulated: a metal entrance door and interior doors, window units with a window sill must be installed; the surfaces of walls or partitions should be leveled and painted or glued with wallpaper, the surface of the ceilings should be leveled and painted, or ceiling structures or tension systems should be installed on it; the floor should be leveled and have a floor covering; in bathrooms it is necessary to provide waterproofing, plumbing, faucets, lighting fixtures, ventilation grilles, inspection hatches, leveling screed, waterproofing, ceramic coating on the floor; in the kitchen should be a sink with a curbstone, a stove and a ventilation grill.

In total, 13 yards will be improved in Mamadysh this year. In the courtyards of the multi-apartment buildings of Mamadysh, the first stage of the project “Our yard” started. Today in Mamadysh there are 130 yards, many of them require repair and improvement. Prior to the implementation of the project “Our Yard”, negotiations were held with residents, it was determined where to start work in the first place, what to pay special attention to. Today, the first phase of the project started in the yards. Kristina Saburova, a resident of house 11/4 on Fabrichnaya Street, also spoke in favor of arranging a playground, as she plans family replenishment in the future. “I hope our yard will have a good playground,” - she said.

The Minister was pleased with the pace of construction of the facility.  "Adymnar" multilingual general education complex was reviewed by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. The event was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Director of "Vozrozdenye" Fund Tatyana Larionova. The educational complex will include an elementary school for 672 students and a bilingual school with 800 seats, a multilingual school for primary education with 1224 places and a sleeping building for 240 places, a year-round center for further education with 270 places at the base of "Plamya" children's educational camp. During the inspection of the construction site, the Minister was informed about the progress of work and the current situation at the facility. Farit Khanifov was generally pleased with the pace of construction, but he recommended to builders monitor both the schedule and the quality of work performed. Then, in one of the future study rooms, a retreat was held at which current issues were discussed.

The acceptance of work for participation in the second round of the All-Russian open public competition for the best architectural project of the Central District Hospital (CDH) with a design capacity of 80, 240 and 400 beds has been completed. Competition projects of 18 central district hospitals were presented by 12 design organizations from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Voronezh and Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region. Six projects were developed for a hospital with 80 beds, five projects for a hospital with 240 beds and seven projects for a hospital with 400 beds. The work of the jury will end before the 1st of July. Winners will be announced on the 10th of July. Based on the results of the competition, winners and prize-winners will conclude agreements on the acquisition in the ownership of the Russian Federation of the exclusive right to use competitive projects.
