The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny today. During the visit, the President was accompanied by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farit Hanifov, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Sadykov, and the Head of the Rospotrebnadzor Office in the Republic of Tatarstan, Marina Patyashina. A delegation led by Rustam Minnikhanov examined the Naberezhnye Chelny Infectious Diseases Hospital (85 Moskovsky Avenu). In May 2018, an overhaul repairing of building “B” (blocks B1 and B2) of the infectious diseases hospital was started here. To date, work in block B2 has been completed; medical equipment, furniture, and other equipment for block B2 have been purchased. Two floors of the infectious, diagnostic and disinfection-sterilization departments are operated. Repair of block B1 is ongoing. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, the completion is scheduled for the 15th of May. The President of Tatarstan instructed to organize work without days off in order to hand over the object as scheduled.
22 kindergartens will appear in the Republic of Tatarstan this year thanks to the national project “Demography”. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the construction progress in the Tukaevsky district. The kindergarten is located in the village Azmushkino, Tukaevsky district, the opening of the facility is scheduled for July. The new kindergarten is designed for 140 children (from 1.5 to 3 years old - 70 children, from 3 to 7 years old - 70 children). There are music and sports halls, a catering unit, a laundry room, a medical unit, specialist rooms, 6 playgrounds for children of different ages, a sports ground, and small architectural forms.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to ensure cleanliness at all construction sites, a sanitary-ecological two-month period continues - the “Clean Construction” campaign is held. This was announced today at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov. Speaking about the protection in the construction industry, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported the number of accidents at the facilities. So, in January-April 2020, 6 accidents were registered (1 case for the same period of 2019), including 4 fatalities and 2 fatal ones. 887.1 thousand sq. m of housing or 29.8% of the plan were put into operation on the 24th of April. The dynamics of housing commissioning over 2 weeks is 48.0 thousand square meters. Under the investment program of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, information about 11 houses for 363 apartments of 20.5 thousand square meters (7.5% of the plan) was reported to the statistical authorities. In terms of providing housing for large families, all 46 large families received certificates. On the 25th of April , 1 certificate was implemented in the amount of 6 million 933 thousand rubles (Kazan). Under the program "Accessible Environment" for 2020, it is planned to adapt 12 objects of educational institutions for a total amount of 16.58 million rubles.
From April 6 to May 31, 2020 in the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the sanitary-ecological two-month period for cleaning the territories of settlements, the Clean Construction project is held.

This year, more than 1 billion rubles will be allocated to support all categories of citizens. In particular, it is planned to provide housing for 600 orphans. It is also expected that 46 large families and 47 young families will receive support. As part of the main measures to fulfill state obligations to provide housing for categories of citizens established by federal law, it is planned to issue 35 housing certificates for a total amount of 78.24 million rubles, so certificates can be obtained by Chernobyl residents, internally displaced persons and citizens moving from the Far North.
In Tatarstan this year, according to the social mortgage program, the commission of 130 residential buildings for 4,970 apartments with a total area of 273.6 thousand square meters is planned. The program is being implemented as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment.” This is stated in the materials for the meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. “The federal mechanisms have been integrated into the social mortgage program in the republic in order to provide housing for young families and orphans; citizens exposed to radiation, and persons equated to them; citizens who have left the regions of the Far North and territories equivalent to them, internally displaced persons, invalids, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War; as well as for the construction of housing for retired military personnel,” - the materials say. Under the program “State support to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan in providing housing for 2019”, 119 residential buildings for 6,214 apartments with a total area of 358.1 thousand square meters were commissioned last year.
