Today in the Yashlek microdistrict in the village Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky District, the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilshat Gimaev, held a field meeting on the completion of the construction of residential buildings and utility networks. Unfinished objects in the Yashlek microdistrict is included in the Schedule (Road Map). In accordance with the Road Map, the term for exercising the rights of citizens of residential buildings is the fourth quarter of 2019. The completion of the construction of residential buildings is carried out by LLC "BC Briz". Currently, the facility employs 65 people and 8 pieces of equipment. The construction of engineering networks and the improvement of the territory is carried out at the expense of the republican budget. The planned dates for the commissioning of residential buildings No. 2 and No. 3 - 25th of November, residential buildings No. 1 and No. 4 - 15th of December, 2019.

At the competition 96 WorldSkills Russia competencies and 66 WorldSkills Russia Juniors competencies will be presented. Today, the leadership of the ministry took part in the opening of the regional championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) of the Republic of Tatarstan at all venues in core competencies. So, the competition on the building block in the Kazan Construction College was opened by the head of the Office of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Mutsenek. According to the representative of the Ministry of Construction, the WorldSkills Russia championship contributes not only to increase the prestige of working professions but also to improve the quality and competitiveness of domestic vocational education. “Participation in these prestigious competitions is an opportunity to discover new boundaries, reveal your abilities, gain experience and make new acquaintances. Remember, only through hard work and strong-willed character you can achieve impressive results and become a member of the national team of Tatarstan, Russia. The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, dedicated to the current state of the investment climate in the region and the dynamics of the indicators of the National rating of the state of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2019, was held today. The meeting was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. As Alexey Pesoshin recalled, opening the meeting, according to the results of the indicators of the National rating of the state of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for 2018, Tatarstan took second place, losing to Moscow. “The results of the rating show that in general, we are doing well, but unsatisfactory estimates were obtained on individual indicators as a result of surveys of the business community, and work should be strengthened on them,” - said the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Cooperation in the field of energy conservation was the main topic of the meeting. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev today received representatives of the Turkish company TTAF Elektronik San. Ve Tic. A.S. - Director for Development in Eurasian Countries Kaan Yalchyn and Deputy Head of the General Secretariat - Head of the Department of Project Activities of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Tatyana Fedorova. During the meeting, the Turkish side announced that they plan to launch their own production of LED lamps in the Innopolis special economic zone, and also outlined a number of promising areas for joint cooperation with Tatarstan. Ilshat Gimaev told the guests about the ongoing state programs, as well as the current system of measures to support investors in the republic. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue work and discussed the prospect of further cooperation in specific areas.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the State Archival Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan organized an exhibition of unique archival documents related to the statehood of the Tatar people and the history of the Republic of Tatarstan. The exhibition was visited by Vladimir Kudryashev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Sevices of the RT. During the meeting, the deputy minister was informed about the specifics of the archive, the principles of the new document retrieval system and the UAIS (Unified Archive Information System), and the features of document storage. During the visit, Vladimir Kudryashev got acquainted with unique documents - the Constitution of 1937, a letter from M. Jalil, a score of the national anthem of the Republic of Tatarstan. The archive also presented a chronicle of 1920 (congress on the creation of the TASSR). Vladimir Nikolaevich was presented with an archive photograph of the construction of objects as a gift.

Non-profit partnership “Regional Center for Public Control in the Sphere of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”, on 15th of October 2019, launched a pilot project of the Republican Competition “Rating of Managing Organizations in Apartment Buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan” to improve the quality of activities in the management of apartment buildings, the satisfaction and comfort of residents of apartment buildings". Applications for participation in the pilot project of the republican competition will be accepted monthly from the 15th day of the current month to the 15th day of the next month inclusively. Processing of the received material and summing up the results of the pilot project will be carried out within 30 days from the date of completion of applications. Summarizing is made out by the protocol and signed by members of the competitive commission. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov today visited the "Promenergo" production site. The enterprise for the manufacture of complete devices for intelligent electricity metering systems is located on the territory of the Zelenodolsk industrial park. Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by RT Deputy Prime Minister - RT Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, RT Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services Vladimir Kudryashev, Head of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsky District Mikhail Afanasyev, General Director of Network Company Ilshat Fardiev and others. During the "Promenergo" site inspection Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that from 1st of July, 2020, network organizations are required to ensure the installation of intelligent metering systems for all consumers, and from January 2022, to organize informational exchange data between network organizations and guaranteeing suppliers, necessary for mutual settlements for the supply of electric energy. In 2019, large-scale work is underway in the territory of Tatarstan to introduce an intelligent accounting system. In 29 regions of the republic, within the framework of energy service contracts, 122 thousand smart meters are being installed and wiring to residential buildings is being replaced. Based on the results of the implementation of the contracts, it is expected to reduce electric energy losses in the distribution network by 11%, as well as increase the observability of electric networks. New smart metering devices are installed free of charge for consumers.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the program for the overhaul of multi-family residential buildings in 2019 was completed by 98.5%. According to the monitoring of the housing stock (MHS), the implementation is 5 billion 390 million 469 thousand rubles of the total amount of work. Such data were brought today at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. Speaking on the progress in implementing a number of programs, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan said that in the framework of the national project "Demography" in 2018-2019, it was planned to build 30 kindergartens with the creation of 6,130 places, including 3,110 nurseries. Of the 30 planned facilities, construction has been completed to date and permits for commissioning 25 kindergartens have been obtained. As of the 8th of November, an overhaul repairing of preschool institutions was completed at 101 out of 112 facilities. Work continues at the remaining 11 facilities as part of the 2019 program. Overhaul of resource centers continues in the region. As of the 8th of November, work was completed at 13th out of 15 overhaul facilities. Work is ongoing at 2 facilities.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin congratulated Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt on the 85th anniversary of the foundation of the institution. State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" is the assignee of the institute "Tatargrazhdanproekt" ("Tatproekt"), which was founded in 1934. In November of this year, the company celebrates the 85th anniversary of production activities. The general director of the enterprise is Adel Albertovich Khusnutdinov. The Institute designed master plans, formed the rules for land use and development of more than 1000 objects, which are located not only in the Republic of Tatarstan but also in other regions of Russia. "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" made a huge contribution to the finals of the VII National Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia). The Institute acted as the author of the project of the "Kazan Expo" International Exhibition Center, on the territory of which professional skill competitions were held this year.
