Since the beginning of 2019, in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision in the field of labor protection in construction conducted 906 inspections. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 248 decisions were issued for a total amount of 9 million 706 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations audited 834 organizations - members of SROs. Such data were cited today at a meeting in the Government House by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Frolov. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. According to Alexei Frolov, on 23rd of August, 1 million 600.7 thousand square meters of housing or 66% of the plan were commissioned in the republic. According to the investment program of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan (SHF RT) for 2019, it is planned to commission 165 houses for 7 thousand 838 apartments with a total area of ​​438.3 thousand square meters.  Of them, on 23rd of August, 74 houses reported to the statistical authorities - 2 thousand 571 apartments with an area of ​​149.0 thousand square meters. Under the program of low-rise construction (including individual housing construction) in the republic, out of the planned 7,325 houses, 6,200 objects were commissioned, the remainder - 1,243 houses. As part of the implementation of the priority national project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” for 2019, 2 billion rubles were allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, 1 billion 273.3 million rubles from the budget of the Russian Federation, and a total of 3 billion 273.3 million. rubles. It is planned to equip 54 objects of public spaces. As of 24th of August, 2019, work has begun at all 54 sites.

From 22nd to 27th of August, Housing and Utilities Fund representatives take part in one of the main international events of 2019 in Russia - the 45th WorldSkills Kazan Professional Skills Championship 2019. After the world relay race, the flag of workers' professions arrived in Kazan. WorldSkills 2019 in the Republic of Tatarstan has become the largest in the history of the championship. On the eve in the Kazan Arena stadium, the opening ceremony of the 45th World Professional Skills Championship WorldSkills Kazan 2019 was held. It was attended by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Together with the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Prime Minister also visited the site of the "Kazan Expo" exhibition center, where all championship competitions will be held. One of the relevant examples of work in this direction is the new virtual training simulator “ZHEKA-PROFI” developed by the Housing and Utilities Fund, designed to test and improve the level of professional skills of public utilities before going to a real facility. Today it was first tested at the exhibition of the state corporation, which was visited by Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Russian Federation Anatoly Kirienko and the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin.

In Naberezhnye Chelny in a festive atmosphere, was opened new kindergarten No. 123 "Akcharlak". The facility was built as part of the national project "Demography". The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin and the mayor of the city, Nail Magdeev, came to congratulate the children, parents and the staff. “Today, on this warm August day, we gathered as a whole family in order to open a kindergarten with the beautiful name“ Akcharlak ”, so expected for life, for children and parents. There will be six of them this year. 1400 new places will appear for our kids, of which 780 are for toddlers,” - said the head of the city, Nail Magdeev. In the kindergarten there is a music room, a medical unit (head nurse’s office and treatment room), a gym, laundry room, speech therapist’s and psychologist’s teacher’s rooms. Six nursery groups are provided here. Kindergarten will accept children from Monday. The customer of the object is STI “Main Investment Construction Management of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the designer of the facilities is State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”. The cost of the work is 196,380.55 million rubles. According to the project, the preschool is designed for 220 places.

Today, in the special economic zone "Alabuga", Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Yu.L. Alyashev held a field meeting at the objects of engineering and industrial infrastructure of JSC “SEZ Alabuga” of the 2019 program. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Customer JSC “SEZ PPT “Alabuga”, LLC “Alabuga Development ”and contracting organizations. The meeting addressed the construction of infrastructure facilities of the Alabuga SEZ, including the pace of construction of the Synergy Industrial and Technological Park (building 3 to house a modern plant for the production of a PAN precursor, buildings 4.1, 4.2). The customer reported on the pace of construction of facilities. All work on sealing both "IP Synergy 4" buildings has been completed. Improvement work is underway. On the Unit 700 “Pan Precursor” case, work is underway on the construction of a power plate, and installation work is also being carried out on the buildings of a general factory farm. At the water purification station, concreting of the tank is being completed.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, on the basis of specialized educational institutions, together with leading employers, 37 resource centers for training workers have been created. In 2020, their number will be brought to 41 - these organizations make a significant contribution to the formation of a personnel reserve for industrial enterprises in the region. This was announced today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at a press conference on the occasion of the opening of the 45th world championship in professional excellence according to WorldSkills standards. The press conference was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Tatyana Golikova, President of WorldSkills International Simon Bartley, Director General of the Union of Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) Robert Urazov. Thus, opening a press conference, Tatyana Golikova said that 1351 contestants from 63 countries will participate in the championship, 56 competencies will be presented.

  In his speeches, Russian President Vladimir Putin repeatedly emphasized that in Russia it is necessary to ensure high standards of environmental well-being. “Throughout Russia, we must ensure high standards of environmental well-being. It is difficult to talk about a long, healthy life if millions of people are still forced to drink water that does not meet the standards ...” Thus, by 2024, within the framework of the Ecology national project, it is planned to increase the share of the population of Tatarstan provided with high-quality drinking water up to 97.9%. In the same year, the start of construction and installation works on the reconstruction of the water intake in Bolgar at the Spassky district is expected. It should be noted that in addition to the federal program, which launched this year, the Government of the Republic annually allocates about 650 million rubles for similar purposes annually. For another event of the Ecology national project - the Volga Health project, in 2019 it is planned to implement 8 facilities, including wastewater disposal in the village of Krasnyi Bor, Zainsk, Elabuga, Kazan, Tetyushy and in the urban-type settlement Alekseevskoye. This was announced on Tuesday at a briefing in the Government House by Irek Fayzullin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In Bolgar, "Antoshka" kindergarten opened after overhaul repairing, which was carried out at the expense of the republican budget as part of the program "Overhaul of preschool educational institutions." Repair of the building began in April. In less than six months, plastic windows were installed in the kindergarten, new doors, and interior decoration was completed. Also, the roof was completely blocked here, and outside the building was sheathed with metal siding. “I would like to thank the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Government for such program, thanks to which we are repairing kindergartens,” - said the head of the district Kamil Nugaev, addressing the audience at the opening ceremony. The main thing is that there would be children, and we will certainly build and repair kindergartens, he added.
