The new tax regime began to operate on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in January 2019. Tatarstan, along with Moscow city, Moscow and Kaluga regions, was selected as one of the four pilot regions for testing the professional income tax.

Currently, more than 22 thousand self-employed are registered in Tatarstan.

This fall, builders will complete the construction of a club with 100 seats in the village of Khlystovo, Yelabuga District. The feldsher-midwife station building is being built next to the same facility. Today, about 700 people live in the village. “The object is important and necessary, because there are a lot of young people among the residents,” - the locals share. A new feldsher-midwife station is being built near the club. Both objects are located on the same street. Construction of the first-aid post started in August. All engineering communications have been brought to the future building, the facility will be equipped with all necessary equipment: an examination and treatment rooms will be located here, as well as an office for receiving patients.

The meeting discussed issues of improving the efficiency of public administration. Tatarstan is actively working towards establishing interregional ties not only with foreign partners, but is also developing cooperation with all constituent entities of the Russian Federation. So, in order to exchange experience, a delegation arrived from the Voronezh region in the person of the head of the Department for Optimization of Public Administration Processes of the Efficiency Center E.I. During the trip, Voronezh residents plan to study the experience of Tatarstan regarding optimization and automation of the activities of executive authorities. Opening the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildus Nasyrov, expressed the hope that the experience presented would be useful and applicable in the work, as well as contribute to solving state tasks. “Each constituent entity of the Russian Federation has its own specifics, as well as many interesting projects and achievements, and there are developments in this or that sphere. Tatarstan is always open for cooperation, ready to share its experience with other regions,”- the deputy minister emphasized.

In the Kukmorsky district of Tatarstan, the overhaul repairing of the Asan-Yelginsky culture center is coming to an end. The work carried out as part of the republican program will cost 4.5 million rubles. The house of culture in the village of Asan Yelga will soon become unrecognizable. “We started work two months ago and did not notice how we were approaching the finish line. On two floors of a rather large building, the floor, ceiling, walls, windows were completely renovated, heating was carried out, electric wires were replaced," - said master foreman Zagir Rizagetdinov. Now in the rural recreation center, it remains only to re-conduct water supply and sewage, finish painting, install doors, lay paving stones at the entrance, the newspaper notes.

For merits in the field of construction and long-term fruitful work, the medal of the Republic of Tatarstan “For Valiant Labor” was awarded to A.L. Nechaev, the repairman of the molding workshop No. 24 of “Domkor Industry” LLC ; general director of OJSC “Tatnefteprovodstroy” A.G. Pilishkin. The honorary title “Honored Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan” was awarded to the Chief Engineer of the State Unitary Enterprise RT Tatlizing H.S. Gilfanov, crane operator LLC LenInvestStroy M. M. A meeting was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan on the further development project of the National Cultural Center “Kazan”. The participation was attended by RT Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing, Irek Fayzullin, RT Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Fishman-Bekmambetova and others. We discussed current issues regarding the integration of the Kazan River Embankment project and the reconstruction project of the National Cultural Center “Kazan”.

The construction of a kindergarten in the residential complex Volzhskie Prostory” is almost completed. The facility on Rauis Gareev Street is scheduled to open on September 1. The kindergarten with 220 seats will be the first preschool institution in the country with an elevator. Stanislav Shyrybyrov, the deputy director of GISU RT, announced this to representatives of the city and republican media during a press tour to the new kindergarten today.

The construction of the institution began in 2018 as part of the national project “Demography”. 201 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget for the construction of a three-story kindergarten. The developer of the facility with an area of 4.6 thousand square meters is OOO “BarsElitStroy”.

A new kindergarten is meant for children from 1.5 years old. Nursery groups are located on the ground floor of the building. Each group has its own bedroom, hygiene room, canteen, and dressing room. “The feature of the kindergarten is that everything was taken into account for the harmonious development of children in its design. Ordinary kindergartens are designed for children over three years old. This one is designed for a nursery where children from 1.5 years old can go”, explained S. Shyrybyrov.

The second floor of the kindergarten will have facilities for six groups of middle-aged children. Halls for musical and physical education classes will also be located there.

It is planned that the kindergarten will open its doors on September 1. The general construction work has been completed at the facility, the decoration is nearly completed, the work is currently underway to improve the surrounding area.

Conditions are being created for teaching low-mobile groups of children in the new kindergarten. Preschools will have elevators for the first time in the country. “There are no such kindergartens, this is a unique educational institution”, said S. Shyrybyrov.

According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the RT, 29 kindergartens with a capacity of 6010 places are under construction in the framework of the national project “Demography”.
