On 7th of August , at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the results of the republican contest for the title "Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019" were held. The contest was traditionally organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the RT, the Office of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture, the Kazan branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The event was opened by Vladimir Kudryashev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, thanking the organizers and participants and noting that, while solving large-scale tasks, the priority was and remains the priority of the construction industry skilled workers. “The effective development of the construction complex is achieved through the implementation of various projects. And one of them is the professional skill contest “The Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Next year we hope to see among the winners those who did not have enough luck this year. You can participate in the competition every year - improving your skills. And if you fail to win once, try your hand again,” - the deputy minister addressed the participants.

The meeting was held by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan I.S. Gimaev. The event was attended by representatives of the regulatory authorities - Rostekhnadzor, the State Labor Inspectorate in the RT, the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate, representatives of state customers, contractors and organizations providing tower cranes. The meeting addressed issues of ensuring labor rights and guarantees for crane operators and safe working conditions during the operation of tower cranes. Regarding the supervision of organizations operating tower cranes, the Department of Rostekhnadzor oversees 81 organizations of the republic, operating 297 tower cranes, including 224 in the city of Kazan. Also were discussed issues of training. Despite the abundance of training courses for crane operators, there is no practical component in the training process. That is, the driver after 3 months of training has only a theoretical idea of ​​working at height. There are no necessary faculties in transport technical colleges.

Design Institute awarded with a diploma - “Leader of the Russian construction complex”. Today, on 6th of August, the Solemn Ceremony of Awarding the Winners of the XXIII and XV All-Russian Competitions for the Best Construction, Design and Survey Organization, the Building Materials and Construction Industry Enterprise for 2018 was held. The event, organized by the Russian Union of Builders, was attended by the leaders of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, RF CCI, National Association of Builders, National Association of Surveyors and Designers, laureate organizations, regional builders unions, Committees of the Russian Union of Builders. Among 69 Russian construction organizations, the institute became the second in the ranking of the best design, survey and other organizations of a similar profile of the construction complex according to the results of the XV All-Russian Competition for 2018. Also on this list were 15 more construction companies from Tatarstan. In addition, Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt was named the “Elite of the Russian Construction Complex”.

The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued conclusions on the compliance of the 10-story residential buildings No. 1 and No. 2 of House No. 18. The conclusions contain information on the compliance of the constructed and reconstructed capital construction facilities with the requirements of design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements and capital construction facility equipment requirements: metering devices used energy resources. The developer of the property is the non-profit organization “State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The area of ​​new buildings amounted to 3750.8 and 9840.5 square meters. 166 apartments are ready to move in. These houses are intended for rental to people working in the city of Innopolis.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program for the overhaul repairing of multi-family residential buildings in 2019, work was completed by 57.8%. In total, within the framework of this program, it is planned to repair 942 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities. Today this was reported by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting via videoconference was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The first deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin took part in the work. Alexey Frolov presented that in the framework of the national project "Demography" in 2018-2019, it is planned to build 29 kindergartens with the creation of 6010 places, including 3090 nurseries. As of 19th of July, work was completed at 3 sites. Construction is ongoing at 26 facilities, including at 1 facility - masonry walls, at 2 facilities - roofing, at 23 facilities - finishing, installing windows and doors, networking, landscaping and equipment installation. In the framework of the program for the overhaul repairing of educational facilities in Tatarstan, it is planned to repair 29 comprehensive schools, 9 boarding schools and 112 preschool organizations. Today, work is ongoing in 26 secondary schools. At three sites, the work is completed. Repair of all 9 boarding schools is also ongoing. Out of 112 kindergartens, repairs continue at 107 sites. Work has been completed at five facilities. Also, as of 18th of July, repair work is being carried out in all 15 resource centers. Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that training in educational institutions must be completed by the beginning of the new school year. However, he drew attention to the fact that the increase in pace should not be a negative reason for the quality of repair work.

The participants in shared construction of the Pestrechinsky district will receive the treasured keys of their apartments in October.  The Yashlek residential complex in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky district in Tatarstan received a green light to complete the construction. Now work is underway at the facility, four houses will be commissioned in October. “Today, according to the new developer, represented by the head of the "Briz" construction company, we were assured that the four houses that are here will be completed by the end of October. At this point, issues on road networks, water and gas supply will be resolved. They will carry out electricity,” - said Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting with residents. Currently, there are six unfinished facilities in the Yashlek residential complex, which are included in the RT roadmap to address the problems of defrauded equity holders. Construction and installation work began at the facilities. “Today, roof restoration works are being carried out on the territory of these houses, gasification of houses is being prepared and improvement of the surrounding area is beginning,” - said Andrei Belyakov, director of "Briz". He noted that the construction is planned to be completed in October of this year, then more than a hundred families will be able to get the keys to their apartments.

In accordance with the short-term plan for the implementation of the Regional Program for the overhaul of the common property of multi-apartment buildings located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2019 in the municipal areas: Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky and Yutazinsky it is planned to carry out major repairs in 120 houses for 422 types of work for the total amount of more than 472 million rubles. All subcontracts have been registered in the Bugulma ZHI. The work is carried out by 27 subcontractors in 119 apartment buildings. According to the approved schedules, work of a seasonal nature, namely the repair of the heat supply system, roof, facade should be completed by the beginning of the heating season - by 15/09/2019, the deadline for the rest of the work is 01.10.2019.

In the building of 1973, the builders completed interior finishing works, repaired the floor, replaced the communications, entrance and interior doors, installed double-glazed windows instead of old windows, and renovated the facade. The House of Culture includes a library, a choreography hall, an auditorium with 170 seats. It is planned that in this RHC  all the important events in the life of the village will be held, and from the beginning of the school year children’s classes will start working. Recall that according to the republican program, overhaul of cultural objects in the settlements of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019 is planned for 40 objects. To date, the volume of the program is 78 percent.

1.5 million square meters of housing was commissioned in Tatarstan, which is 61% of the plan. Such data was indicated today at the Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. Irek Fayzullin briefly announced information on labor protection in the construction industry of the republic. Since the beginning of 2019, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has conducted 787 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection issued 216 resolutions totaling 8 million 131 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted checks of 705 organizations - members of SRO. Irek Faizullin reported that according to the program of multi-unit investment housing, out of 58 houses under construction, 30 objects are in a high degree of readiness and 28 in the middle one. In terms of individual housing construction in the republic, out of 7,725 planned houses, 5,336 objects were commissioned. As part of the implementation of the program “Accessible Environment”, the adaptation of 12 objects of educational institutions is planned. On July 25, work began on 10 sites. Also in the republic, 6 new cowsheds and 31 silage-hay trenches were built. The overhaul of 48 cowsheds, 16 machine-tractor parks and 57 grain flows has been completed.
