Works on major repairs of apartment houses in the Republic of Tatarstan have been completed for a total amount of 3.8 billion US dollars equal to 87% of the annual limit. This data was presented today at the videoconference meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that 340 houses in 39 districts had been completely repaired. Among them GZhI (State Housing Inspection) signed acceptance certificates for 63 houses in 15 municipalities. Overall on the average in the Republic of Tatarstan the State Housing Inspection approved acts for 56% of the work performed.

Today the meeting of Science and Engineering Board concerning the design and the choice of construction materials for the Aquatics Palace located in Chistopolskaya street took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing.

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing V.N. Kudryashev held the meeting. Head of the Department of construction sector development I.S.Gimayev, Head of the Department of state programs implementation L.K.Safiullina as well as representatives of branch enterprises participated in the meeting.

Today the presentation of the group of companies “Polimerteplo” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov participated in the event.

Today the meeting of Science and Engineering Board concerning the choice of producers of paints for major repairs of facades of apartment houses located in the traffic route of guests and participants of the Universiade 2013 took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Head of Department of Architecture and Urban Planning N.G.Vasilyev.

Today the Republican staff for the preparation for the heating season of 2012-2013 started its work in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work plan of the preparation for winter was discussed at the video conference meeting.

Development and registration of the System was considered and approved by the Board of the System including representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, self-regulatory organizations, the authority for housing and public utilities certification, specialized educational institutions, homeowners associations and contracting housing management organizations.

Meeting of the Board of Directors of  the Republican Sectoral Employers’ Association “Association of Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held today in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing. The issues concerning energy saving and increase of energy efficiency by public utilities were considered at the meeting with the participation of executive committees of municipal areas as well as sectoral enterprises.  

Today there was held the All-Russian conference call concerning the preparation of enterprises of housing and public utilities and energy supply for the autumn-winter period, as well as the implementation of regional programs by constituent entities of the Russian Federation using the resources of the Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities. Among the other issues utility tariffs in 2012 were also discussed. The conference was held by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D.N.Kozak. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin participated in the conference.
