In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program for the overhaul repairing of multi-family residential buildings in 2019, work was completed by 57.8%. In total, within the framework of this program, it is planned to repair 942 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities. Today this was reported by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting via videoconference was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The first deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin took part in the work. Alexey Frolov presented that in the framework of the national project "Demography" in 2018-2019, it is planned to build 29 kindergartens with the creation of 6010 places, including 3090 nurseries. As of 19th of July, work was completed at 3 sites. Construction is ongoing at 26 facilities, including at 1 facility - masonry walls, at 2 facilities - roofing, at 23 facilities - finishing, installing windows and doors, networking, landscaping and equipment installation. In the framework of the program for the overhaul repairing of educational facilities in Tatarstan, it is planned to repair 29 comprehensive schools, 9 boarding schools and 112 preschool organizations. Today, work is ongoing in 26 secondary schools. At three sites, the work is completed. Repair of all 9 boarding schools is also ongoing. Out of 112 kindergartens, repairs continue at 107 sites. Work has been completed at five facilities. Also, as of 18th of July, repair work is being carried out in all 15 resource centers. Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that training in educational institutions must be completed by the beginning of the new school year. However, he drew attention to the fact that the increase in pace should not be a negative reason for the quality of repair work.

The participants in shared construction of the Pestrechinsky district will receive the treasured keys of their apartments in October.  The Yashlek residential complex in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky district in Tatarstan received a green light to complete the construction. Now work is underway at the facility, four houses will be commissioned in October. “Today, according to the new developer, represented by the head of the "Briz" construction company, we were assured that the four houses that are here will be completed by the end of October. At this point, issues on road networks, water and gas supply will be resolved. They will carry out electricity,” - said Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting with residents. Currently, there are six unfinished facilities in the Yashlek residential complex, which are included in the RT roadmap to address the problems of defrauded equity holders. Construction and installation work began at the facilities. “Today, roof restoration works are being carried out on the territory of these houses, gasification of houses is being prepared and improvement of the surrounding area is beginning,” - said Andrei Belyakov, director of "Briz". He noted that the construction is planned to be completed in October of this year, then more than a hundred families will be able to get the keys to their apartments.

In accordance with the short-term plan for the implementation of the Regional Program for the overhaul of the common property of multi-apartment buildings located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2019 in the municipal areas: Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky and Yutazinsky it is planned to carry out major repairs in 120 houses for 422 types of work for the total amount of more than 472 million rubles. All subcontracts have been registered in the Bugulma ZHI. The work is carried out by 27 subcontractors in 119 apartment buildings. According to the approved schedules, work of a seasonal nature, namely the repair of the heat supply system, roof, facade should be completed by the beginning of the heating season - by 15/09/2019, the deadline for the rest of the work is 01.10.2019.

Recall that according to the republican program, overhaul of cultural objects in the settlements of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019 is planned for 40 objects. To date, the volume of the program is 78 percent.

1.5 million square meters of housing was commissioned in Tatarstan, which is 61% of the plan. As part of the implementation of the program “Accessible Environment”, the adaptation of 12 objects of educational institutions is planned. On July 25, work began on 10 sites. Also in the republic, 6 new cowsheds and 31 silage-hay trenches were built. The overhaul of 48 cowsheds, 16 machine-tractor parks and 57 grain flows has been completed.

By 2024, Tatarstan should increase its annual housing construction plan to 3.6 million square meters. For this year, the federal center has made relief, reducing the requirements to the previous 8 years. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev announced today at the round table of RBC Tatarstan that the plan for housing construction for the current year will be 2.4 million square meters. Remind you that in February 2019, the Ministry of Construction of the region reported that the figure for this year increased to 2.7 million square meters. Gimaev said that the federal center decided to go for relief in terms of housing construction in the regions after a series of consultations. In 2020, according to the deputy minister, the plan will be 2.45 million square meters, in 2021 - 2.48 million. In 2022, the volume of housing commissioned in Tatarstan should exceed 3 million square meters, reaching a figure of 3.4 and 3.6 million square meters in the next two years. “Now 3.5 million square meters of housing is being built in the republic. To fulfill the plan for this year, we have to pass about 900 thousand square meters. Thus, about 2.4 million square meters will move to 2020-2021 years. For the next two years, the picture is clear to us, but we need to work on the groundwork by 2024,” - said Gimaev. The representative of the Ministry of Construction explained that of 2.4 million square meters, which need to pass this year, the state programs are built about 400 thousand square meters, more than 1 million - commercial housing, and about 900 thousand - individual housing. To date, the country has already put into operation 1.6 million square meters or 61% of the plan for the year. “This is due to the fact that the developers wanted to hand over the objects before 1st of July, before switching to the system of project financing,” - said Gimaev.

In addition, the territory of the kindergarten is equipped with eight video cameras. At the moment, in the pre-school institutions, the old communications are also being replaced - the heating, water supply and ventilation systems. Energy-saving lamps will be installed everywhere, in the ground floor groups a warm floor. The fire protection system is already mounted. The walls will be textured and painted using colors of pastel shades. In the correctional school number 9 this year the third phase of the overhaul repairing is already underway. The director of the educational institution Gulnara Moykina reported that the republican program for more than 13 million rubles on the second floor was redecorated, the workshop was put in order, where industrial technology classes held for boys. In the workshops are actively repairing the roof, facade, finishing works are performed inside, replacement of communications. The warm transition that connects the main building with the gym and workshop is also being put in order. Builders plan to complete the repair work by 1st of September.

For 2019, it is planned to hold 213 kilometers of water supply networks in rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan. Financing the construction of water supply networks, water towers and artesian wells for the current year amounted to 685 million rubles. “The limit of financing [of the village water supply program] is 685 million rubles. Construction of 213 km of water supply networks, installation of 42 water towers and drilling of 33 artesian wells are planned. This program is being implemented in all 45 districts, in every district, in every settlement, these activities are being carried out,” - the speaker said. These works are carried out according to the schedule. Evgeny Volkov added that today 93 km of water supply networks have been laid, 15 towers have been installed and 19 wells have been drilled, that is, more than half of the planned. All work will be completed by the company until 15th of September. Over the past 8 years, the total amount of funding for the program has reached 6 billion rubles. During this period, more than 300 water towers were installed, 303 wells were drilled and 2,330 km of water supply networks were built.

For the current year more than 5.5 thousand LED lamps will be installed in villages.  For the current year, 225 million rubles will be spent on providing the villages of all regions of Tatarstan with street light.  The deputy general director of the state institution “Gasification Fund, energy-saving technologies and the development of engineering networks of the Republic of Tatarstan” Yevgeny Volkov told this at a press conference in the IA “Tatar-inform”.  “The amount of funding for the program ("Restoration of street lighting in localities" - editorial comment) will be 225 million rubles, in all areas this program is being implemented.  To date, 5,713 LED lamps have been installed, 131 km of self-supporting insulated wires (type of wire intended for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in air power and lighting networks — editorial comment) have been laid and 86 control panels have been installed.  Execution of works is about 52%.  Today we see no threats and plan to complete this program by September,”- the speaker noted.  Evgeny Volkov added that under this program for 2014 - 2018 45 thousand fixtures were installed, 1256 km of self-supporting insulated wires were changed, and the amount of funding amounted to 1 billion rubles.
