As of 13th of June  1 million 255 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in the republic, which is 51.8% of the plan. This was reported today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting in the form of video conferencing was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the work. The Minister said that the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision since the beginning of 2019 conducted 574 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 144 resolutions were issued for a total amount of 5 million 635 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 566 organizations - members of SROs. According to the program of multi-unit investment housing, 63 houses are under construction in a high degree of readiness, in an average - 30, in a low degree - 4. In the part of individual housing construction in the republic, 4 thousand 171 objects were put into operation from the planned 7,325 houses. Under the construction program of the buildings of the Soviets (executive committees) of the settlements for 14th of June, work was organized at all 11 sites. The construction of rural clubs is being carried out at 20 out of 21 sites. Under the program for the construction of obstetric points at 1 site out of 45, work has been completed. Also today, construction of 9 medical ambulatories continues.

The discussion forum was prepared and conducted by the Kazan University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, together with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of departments, expert and design organizations, industrial enterprises of the region discussed the technical and economic efficiency of using high-strength concrete, the real possibility of their production and use of concrete (reinforced concrete) of the republic at factories and other important topics. Welcoming the guests, the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev noted that during the last 8 years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing were introduced in the Republic annually. Last year, 2 million 409.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 3.2% of the housing built in the whole of the Russian Federation. He also said that the implementation of government programs aimed at building housing and social facilities provides great support to the construction industry. To date, 41 programs for the construction of facilities for various purposes are being implemented in the republic. The developed base of the industry of building materials of the Republic allows to realize technically complex, architectural projects in accordance with modern requirements.

Today was held a presentation of ventilation solutions for public and industrial buildings and structures from the company BhB system. The event was led by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Ayrat Gatiyatov and head of the Sabinsky district Rais Minnikhanov attended by representatives of the customer services, construction and design organizations. BhB System is a subsidiary of the Almaty ventilator factory in the Republic of Tatarstan (Shemordan village, Sabinsky district). The main activity is the development and production of general industrial ventilation and smoke exhaust systems. The products of the plant are made on the basis of developments of the design and engineering division using the experience of leading global enterprises in the climate industry.

The main types of work related to the preparation of houses for the heating season: laying of engineering networks, repair of facades and roofing. The main work must be completed before the end of summer. “This year we quickly went to overhaul. We prepared project estimate documentation in advance and accordingly began work on time, we will be able to manage it and complete the overhaul earlier, ” - said the deputy director of the State institution Glavinveststroy RT Airat Abuzyarov. Today, houses for overhaul come from the monitoring program, where management organizations bring all the technical characteristics of a residential house: wear, year of construction, detours of the management company. Based on these characteristics, the houses fall into the overhaul repairing program.

Director of MUE "Housing and Utilities Department" Rinat Manasypov spoke about the implementation of the Republican program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. According to him, over 10 years, 635 apartment buildings were repaired in Bugulminsky district. Of these, 460 in the city and 175 - in the area. In 2019, the overhaul program was formed in the amount of 218.4 million rubles. During the overhaul program, it is planned to repair 47 houses. Of these, 81% are houses located in Bugulma, and 19% are in the area. The overhaul of apartment buildings in 2019 is carried out by three contractors. It is planned to repair the inside-house engineering system of heat supply in 21 houses, repair of the inside-house engineering system of water supply and sewage in - 34. In 37 houses the house-building engineering system of power supply will be repaired. To date, work has been completed in seven houses. Repair of the facade is carried out in 26 houses. It is planned to overhaul the roof in 22 apartment building. Work is underway to restore and rearrange chimneys. To date, work is underway on 38 apartment buildings, which is 80.8%. The works are performed according to the approved schedules, no gaps have been identified, ” - Rinat Manasypov emphasized.

Today, an on-site meeting of an interdepartmental working group on occupational safety in the construction industry was held in Tyulyachi, combined with a meeting of the Coordinating Council on Labor Protection of the  Tyulyachinsky Municipal District. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of the executive committee of the Tyulyachinsky Municipal District, managers, responsible persons for labor protection of construction organizations and enterprises of the construction industry operating in the territory of  Tyulyachinsky district. The meeting addressed the state of labor protection in the construction industry and ways to reduce industrial injuries.

In the Republic of Tatarstan under the program of overhaul of apartment buildings in 2019, the work was performed by 26.5%. In total, within the framework of the overhaul repairing program, it is planned to repair 942 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. The meeting was held in the form of videoconference with all municipal districts by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. As part of the overhaul repairing of the buildings (premises) of the youth centers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the strengthening of their material base, work is being carried out at 7 out of 9 facilities. At one site, work has been completed. Overhaul of teen clubs is being carried out at 25 sites. One object was passed. Also, on the 6th of June, 29 out of 34 institutions of social services of the Republic of Tatarstan are working. The overhaul is completed at one facility. The overhaul of children's health camps is carried out at 8 sites out of 12 planned. At the three sites works are completed. On 6th of June, a major overhaul of 7 health facilities is under way with the addition of medical equipment and furniture. Works completed on 2 sites.
