On 9th of June at the Tatar national holiday “Sabantuy” in the town of Baltasi, honored builders of the Baltasinsky district were awarded honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan for many years of fruitful work and personal contribution to the development of the construction industry. In 2019, the district budget allocated 455 million rubles from the Republican budget. Within the framework of this budget, work is underway on many republican programs, including housing construction programs, overhaul of educational institutions, apartment buildings, social institutions, buildings of subordinate institutions of the Main Veterinary Administration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, buildings of executive committees (councils) of rural settlements, formation of a comfortable urban environment , construction of sports facilities (universal sports halls).

The tariff for apartment buildings is 71.95 rubles, for individual residential buildings - 78.05 rubles.

The corresponding order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, signed by Deputy Minister Nikita Stasishin is posted on the official portal of legal information. This order approved the application form of the developer about the readiness of the project to complete it according to the old rules. The application indicates information about the developer, gives grounds for applying criteria to it, according to which the degree of readiness of the object is determined, and also provides information on the number of the signed equity participation agreement, the total area of all residential and non-residential premises for which equity participation agreement can be concluded.
On June 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Moscow to take part in a meeting with the Russian Government members held by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The meeting focused on raising funds from citizens beginning on July 1, 2019, to build housing using escrow accounts. Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Vladimir Yakushev and Director General of the DOM.RF joint stock company Alexander Plutnik made their reports at the meeting.
Minnikhanov reported on the situation in Tatarstan. He noted that balance commissions were held with all builders. The construction of 149 houses will be completed according to the old rules. As many as 66 residential buildings will be built under the new project financing. Four more houses are under special control.
Tatarstan President reported that currently 16 banks are working with escrow accounts in the republic. Nine financial institutions have received 106 applications. Six contracts have already been concluded with construction companies.
At the same time, Minnikhanov noted the lack of experience in working with escrow accounts both among builders and a number of banks.
Since the beginning of 2019, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has conducted 548 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection made 122 decisions totaling 5 million 95 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted audits of 513 organizations - members of the SRO. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. As of May 31, 1 million 144 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, which is 47.2% of the plan (compared to the corresponding period last year 104.4%). According to the investment program of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019, 165 houses are planned to be commissioned for 7 thousand 838 apartments with a total area of 438.3 thousand square meters. As of 31st of May, statistics bodies reported on 44 houses for 2 thousand 45 apartments with an area of 118.3 thousand square meters. According to 121 houses, the readiness level is as follows: 56 facilities are in high readiness, 21 in average, 44 in low. Among the 131 apartment buildings planned to be commissioned in 2019, 60 houses with an area of 504.3 thousand square meters have been commissioned today. For residential buildings under construction, 35 houses are in a high degree of readiness, 32 - in an average degree, 4 - in a low degree. In terms of individual housing construction in the republic, 4 thousand 10 objects were put into operation from the planned 7 thousand 325 houses.

In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018, the heating period began on the 21st of September and ended on the 13th of May 2019. The duration of the heating period in the country was 235 days. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of the work of organizations of the fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services in the heating period of 2018/2019. Irek Faizullin noted that the start-up of heat first began at the social facilities (kindergartens, schools, hospitals, clinics) and housing stock. As of 5th of October 2018, all facilities were completely heated. By the beginning of the last heating season, a lot of work was done in the republic to prepare the housing stock and public utilities, which ensured uninterrupted energy supply, - Irek Faizullin said.
The results of the work of organizations of the fuel as well as housing and communal complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan during the heating period of 2018/2019 and the tasks of preparing for the heating period of 2019/2020 were discussed today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. The meeting was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, employees of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of ministries and departments, territorial bodies of federal structures of state power, as well as heads of municipalities of the republic, organizations of the housing and communal complex. Opening the meeting, Alexey Pesoshin said: the passage of the autumn-winter period in a normal operating mode in recent years shows that the leaders of both municipal districts as well as enterprises and organizations responsible for the preparation of thermal power plants, boilers and the entire housing and utilities complex that belong to them with full responsibility. According to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, thanks to the coordinated work, the preparation of housing, communal and energy enterprises for work in the autumn-winter period of 2018/2019 has been basically completed on time.
