Irek Faizullin spoke at the "Government Hour" at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

The results of the transition to a new system for the collection and disposal of municipal solid waste were discussed during the "Government hour". The first results of the transition to a new system for the treatment of production and consumption wastes were discussed today at the “Government Hour”, which was held at the parliament session. Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the state of affairs in the republic to deputies. Since 1st January of this year, Tatarstan, like other regions of Russia, has switched to a new system of solid municipal waste management. In the Republic, two regional operators are engaged in the collection and recycling of municipal waste: LLC “UK“ PZHKH ”(western zone) and LLC“ Grint ”(eastern zone). Agreements with these operators have been concluded for 10 years. Tariffs for consumers have changed, now the fee is charged per person. The tariff for apartment buildings is 71.95 rubles, for individual residential buildings - 78.05 rubles.
