One new kindergarten will appear in Arsk, Menzelinsk, Elabuga, Aznakayevo, Kushmany village in Kaybitsky district, Usady village in Laishevsky district, Mamykovo village in Nurlatsky district. In addition, two pre-school institutions will appear in Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk, six kindergartens in Naberezhnye Chelny and ten - in Kazan. The Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision Service of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts construction supervision at these facilities after receipt of a notice of the commencement of construction and in accordance with the approved inspection program. At present, kindergartens in the village of Kuyuki of the Pestrechinsky district and the village of Staryy Yerykly of the Tukayevsky district have already been built, they have been given a conclusion on conformity.

The IV Conference “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” is held in Innopolis from  22nd to 24th of May. DIIR-2019 is dedicated to cross-cutting digital technologies and the prospects for their development in Russia. The main topic of discussion was the strategy for the development of digital technologies in our country, which will be embodied in the form of roadmaps for each of the "cross-cutting" technologies, whose preparation is already actively engaged in the core community. The conference is attended by over 5,000 delegates and 370 speakers, including representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Government of the Russian Federation, federal ministries and departments, representatives of state corporations, business communities, investment and venture funds, heads of the country's largest educational institutions, regional authorities, and also representatives of federal, regional and industry media. Today, on the second day of the conference, a panel discussion “Information Modeling in Construction: the Role of the State and Features of Implementation” was held. The experts discussed issues of state policy in the field of information modeling in construction in the framework of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation No. Pr-1235 of July 19, 2014 “On Modernizing the Construction Industry and Improving the Quality of Construction” and the Federal Project “Digital Construction”.

The information and consulting group for rendering free legal assistance carried out a trip to the city of Mamadysh and Krasnogorsk Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the specialist of the Legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities RT L. A. Akhmetzyanova.

From 22nd to 24th of May expositions, contests, lectures and master classes can be freely visited by everyone from professionals to children. Today the second all-Russian festival with international participation “Architectural Heritage” starts in the Kazan Kremlin. As Nikolai Shumakov, President of the Russian Union of Architects, who initiated the first such festival last year under the walls of the Moscow Kremlin in the Manezh, recalled, Kazan “knows how to preserve the architectural heritage and is able to restore it”, therefore Kazan was chosen for the event this year. During the festival, several contests of various projects and examples of the work of the regions of Russia with historical and architectural monuments will take place. On 24th of May following the results of the competitions, a grand prix statuette in the form of a tree will be presented, as well as gold, silver and bronze diplomas.

The deputies adopted in the first reading a bill that provides for the creation of regional funds for the completion of problem objects at the expense of the federal and regional budgets, as well as a compensation fund. The draft law proposes all road maps, all problem objects to be recorded in the appropriate registry in the unified information system of housing construction, so that these data are signed by the regional governors, and that the relevant supervisory authorities must fill in the information on all problem objects. Regions are given the opportunity to create special funds that will deal with the completion of problem objects. Funding for these funds will be provided from the federal budget, regional budgets, and it is also possible to raise additional money from these funds. At the same time, there is strict control over the targeted spending of allocated funds through the mechanism of compulsory bank support for all expenditure transactions of regional funds. The draft law also regulates the procedure for issuing compensation for those citizens whose homes fall into the category of problem objects and cannot be completed.

The museum-educational complex will consist of two objects - the craft of the Tu-144 and a separate building. On the opening day of the VII National Championship "Young Professionals", a discussion was held on the implementation of the project “an interactive museum-educational complex of aviation and technology based on the TU-144 aircraft” with the Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Russian Federation Mikhail Kotyukov. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. As Albert Gilmutdinov, the rector of KNRTU-KAI, noted, there are no such interactive museums based on supersonic passenger aircraft in any country of the world. According to the rector of the university, the project has international tourism potential. The head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan reported that the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated about 1.5 million rubles for design and exploration work. To date, the design and estimate documentation is in a high degree of readiness. The developed planning decisions were agreed with the university (note KNRTU-KAI), and the draft design of the object with the chief architect of Kazan. Design and estimate documentation is planned to be sent to the state examination before the end of the month.

In the republic this year, 22 buildings of veterinary services will be repaired using allocated 29.6 million rubles. To date, the program is completed at 85%. “The works are carried out within the framework of the Republican program for the overhaul of buildings of subordinate institutions of the Main Veterinary Administration in the municipal districts of Tatarstan. 29.6 million rubles were allocated from the budget of the republic for its implementation. In the course of the repair, internal finishing works in buildings, replacement of windows, internal engineering networks and other types of work are provided according to the approved defect list for each object,” - the press service of the customer, the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, told RBC Tatarstan. To date, the volume of the program is 85 percent. In the buildings of Aznakayevsky, Aksubayevsky, Alkeevsky, Arsky, Bavlinsky, Baltasinsky, Zainsky, Nurlatsky and Sarmanovsky State Veterinary Associations construction and installation works have been completed. Remind you, that in 2018, in the republic, 27 veterinary buildings of veterinary services were repaired in the amount of almost 29.7 million rubles.

As of 17th of May , 1 million 38 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in the republic, which is 42.8% of the plan. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting in the form of video conference was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the meeting. The Minister reported that the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision since the beginning of 2019 conducted about 500 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 107 resolutions were issued for a total amount of 4 million 470 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 425 organizations - members of the SRO.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov, heads and representatives of executive committees of Chistopol, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Vysokogorsky and other municipal districts, the State Housing Inspection and management companies of the republic. As part of the event, the participants visited the facilities of the housing and communal complex of Chistopol; an automated accounting system for premises owners was presented that greatly simplifies the job of managing companies. At the meeting, the heads of the management companies described the work of their organizations, voiced problematic issues, and also offered to consider the possibility of state support in terms of purchasing equipment to service the housing stock on preferential terms or providing grants. During the meeting, were announced the results of the republican contest “The best managing organization in the sphere of management of apartment houses of the Republic of Tatarstan” in 2018.

The new code of rules  415.1325800.2018 “Public buildings. Acoustic design rules". The norms of the document are aimed at providing optimal acoustic conditions in indoor sports and entertainment facilities of large capacity. In addition, the rules set out the requirements for the main architectural and construction parameters of the halls, which determine their acoustics, for sound insulation from penetrating noises, as well as recommendations for calculating and developing noise protection measures. The document specifies the acoustic criteria for evaluating the halls, the requirements for the design documentation for the sections “Acoustics”, “Noise protection” and “Electro-acoustics”, the requirements for the main characteristics of the sound system for sports halls. The document was developed by the team of the Research Institute of Building Physics of the Russian Academy of Architectural and Construction Sciences (RAACS). The set of rules passed the examination of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 465 "Construction".
