In the first two years of the program in 2008-2009, Tatarstan got about 15 billion rubles of budgetary funds for modernisation. The program of capital repairs of houses began in Vysokogorsky district in 2008 in the framework of the Federal law "About Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services".
Today Executive Committee of Nizhnekamsk municipal district of the specialists of the Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of RT conducted training for Councils of apartment buildings. This training takes place in the framework of the Project "School Literate of Consumer".
Today Ministry of construction, architecture and housing held a meeting on the construction of shared facilities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny.

Experts of the Central inspection Department during unscheduled documentary inspection of LLC "MC-Pestretsy" on the treatment of citizens as to the propriety of charging cold water in the apartment No. 7, house No. 13, street Centralnaya, S. Kosakowo village Pestretsy district established facts of violations of subparagraph "b" of paragraph 59 and paragraph 69 of the Rules of granting of utilities to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and residential buildings, approved by RF Government Decree dated 06.05.2011 № 354 "About the provision of public services to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and houses."
The Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft Federal law providing for the gradual centralization of the functions of technical customer in the field of capital construction objects at the expense of means of the Federal budget. Head of Ministry of Michel Men informed about it today.
In Tatarstan started the federal project "School literate of consumer", whose goal will be to increase literacy in the republic housing issues. This was told at a press conference in the news agency "Tatar-Inform", dedicated to housing education in Tatarstan.
