On October 21, at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a plant of corrosion-resistant liquid coatings, 3M Volga.
Construction of houses on the program of social mortgage and a kindergarten in the area M-14 in Privolzhsly district In Kazan is continuing. Mayor Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of work on the construction site. Here the Mayor held a briefing for the construction of houses with the representatives of all the services involved in the implementation of this major construction project.

Sarah Sadykova Kazan was sent to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan letter in which they expressed gratitude for the collective capital repairs in their home. Residents point out that, despite the difficult weather conditions, the work was done and in time. The house has been updated heating system, electrical wiring, installed plastic windows, repaired the roof and restored damaged interior floors.

On October 19, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of Tatarstan Investment Council.
The contractor SC "Profit" started works in the house 65/05. Currently there are works on the installation of elevator shafts starting from the fifth floor. Construction organization plans to finish building the seventeenth floor of the house, after which work would begin in the attic and in the engine room. Also works on special sections – installed heating, wiring, complete landscaping. According to the schedule the house will be put into operation in August 2016.
