Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Tatar republic organization of the Union of Builders of Russia and the Union of Builders of Tatarstan summarized the results of the competition for the best construction company and enterprise with best measures to ensure occupational safety.

Today a meeting on the implementation of program "Available Environment" took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov and Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan responsible for the activities of the sector in Kazan I.Yu.Prosviryakova. The meeting was attended by representatives of sector ministries and departments as well as contracting organizations.

Today Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan R.K.Karimov met with Director General of Turkish company "Design Group" Turhan Ilter in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by experts of the Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin is on his working visit in Moscow. He made a report on "Disclosure of information on their activities by management companies" in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

 Today a republican videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated therein. At the beginning of the meeting the participants carefully considered the problem of release of information by management companies.

 “Architectural OSCAR” is a republic open competition in the field of architecture and design of houses, public buildings and facilities, which takes place in the Republic of Tatarstan as an architectural festival- biennale. The first “Architectural OSCAR” was successfully held in 2010 in Kazan with the support of the National Agency of Low-Rise and Cottage Construction, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan and Corporation TekhnoNIKOL.

In 2013 according to the results of the 2d  Republican competition “Architectural Oscars” the awards are given for original creative and innovative design solutions characterized by high social, engineering, technical, esthetic and economic characteristics. The main criterion is the contribution of the design decisions to further development of modern architecture, design and construction in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin attended a videoconference meeting of the Ministry of Regional on preventing unjustified increase in the fees for housing and communal services. The meeting was held by Deputy Federal Minister S.M.Darkin.

The last change of the fees for housing and communal services in the Republic of Tatarstan took place on September 1st, 2013 due to an increase in the tariffs and the entry of the Rules of providing housing and communal services into force. The Rules approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 354 of 6/05/2011, caused a change in the procedure of the distribution of the consumption of housing and communal services for general house needs.

A general meeting of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The agenda included the results of the activities of the Union in 2012 and tasks for 2013. A work plan of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” as well as financial and economic activities of the association were discussed during the meeting.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of President of Regional Employers Trade Association “Utility Enterprises Union of the Republic of Tatarstan” A.Kh.Khairullin. The meeting was attended by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin, Deputy Minister R.K.Karimov and heads of enterprises included in the Union.

Today a meeting of the tender committee of republican competition “The most comfortable populated area of the Republic of Tatarstan” took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing R.K.Karimov.

The essential condition of the competition was to provide photo and video materials. The decision on each applicant was made by voting and recorded in the minutes.
