Contractors who make mistakes in implementing program "Available environment" discredit the entire program

Today a meeting on the implementation of program "Available Environment" took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov and Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan responsible for the activities of the sector in Kazan I.Yu.Prosviryakova. The meeting was attended by representatives of sector ministries and departments as well as contracting organizations.

The issues discussed included the formation of the draft program for 2014. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation it should be developed and approved by the end of March.

Design and technical decisions required by the program in constructing underground stations and crosswalks in Kazan were also considered during the meeting. According to I.Yu.Prosviryakova it is essential to make critical analysis of design decisions again to avoid problems that will require additional funds.

A.M.Frolov drew attention to the need to address issues related to systematic and timely application of budget funds. During the meeting special attention was given to those contracting companies who made mistakes in implementing the program activities as well as did not meet the standards of the state program "Available environment". All defects mentioned at the meeting are to be eliminated at their own expense.
