Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a press tour to the Kazan underground station under construction for reporters of federal and republican mass media. the reporters were accompanied by Head of the Department for the building complex development of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  I.S.Gimayev, Head of SPI “Directorate for the construction of underground transportation facilities”  A.G.Tsertseil, Head of MUP “Kazmetrostroy” M.M.Rakhimov and experts of the Federal Service of Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Envarovich Faizullin congratulated his colleagues on their professional holiday.

90 years have passed since the development of the authority in charge of the housing and public utilities of Tatarstan. We are talking about the events of March, 1923 when the leadership of the public utilities of Tatarstan was separated from the NKVD, and still this sector is the most important, complicated and interesting.

Kazan needs the support of municipalities in constructing the stadium and urban land improving when preparing for the Summer Universiade. This was announced today by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the weekly republican videoconference meeting with all municipalities of the Republic held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On March 28th-29th, 2013 Hotel Complex “Izmailovo” (Moscow) will hold an all-Russian workshop on “State policy in tariff regulation and reforms of the housing sector”. The event will be organized by Group of Companies “Otkryty Dialog” together with the Committee for Entrepreneurship in the Housing Sector of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The development of the rental housing market is a necessity in the implementation of major investment projects. This opinion was expressed by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov during a district meeting on the development of the affordable rental housing market held by Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Sergei Darkin. The meeting was attended by representatives of regional authorities of the Volga Federal District, major construction companies and banking structures.

Today Minister I.E.Faizullin met with his colleague from the Rostov region V.N.Kuznetsov in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.   V.N.Kuznetsov arrived in Kazan with the official delegation. According to the initial agreement he intended  to obtain the information on the implementation of such projects as the citizens’ movement from the sailing housing stock,  solution of the problem of “deceived investors”, construction of housing for certain categories of citizens, development of urban planning documentation,  connection to networks and etc.  In fact most of the meeting was devoted to the issue of the construction of the football stadium.

Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round table meeting of the Russian Housing Development Foundation on “Formation of the approaches for the integrated development of land plots located in the Republic of Tatarstan for housing construction”. The meeting was held by Deputy Director General of the Foundation D.S.Filippov and Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov. During the event the participants discussed the prospects of the new territories development as well as support measures provided by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Housing Development Foundation in the integrated development of land plots involved in the turnover for housing and other construction.

Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.  The Federal State Statistics Service summarized the results of the commission of housing for January 2013. The Republic of Tatarstan got the first place in the Russian Federation as 381.1 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned therein. As of today 595.3 thousand square meters (25% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic.

On March 11th, 2013 on Monday, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a meeting with the leadership of the Federal Fund for Housing Development on the formation of the approaches to integrated development of federally owned land plots for housing construction. In particular, the participants will consider the issue of the introduction of amendments to the existing legislation related to the revision of the requirements for the developer.
