The Ministry summarizes the results of competition for “Most improved populated area of the Republic of Tatarstan” in 2012
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan summarized the results of republican competition for “Most improved populated area of the Republic of Tatarstan” in 2012.
44 bids in 8 nominations were submitted for the competition committee. Scoring was made according to the Procedure for the competition approved by the relevant Order of the Ministry.
The Intradepartmental Commission awarded the following categories:
1st category: populated area with the population over 100 thousand people:
1st place – Almetyevsk town
2d place – Zelenodolsk town
2d category: 45 to 100 thousand people;
1st place – Yelabuga town
2d place – Bugulma town
3d place – Chistopol town
3 category: 30 to 45 thousand people;
1 place – Zainsk town
2 place – Aznakayevo town
4 category: 15 to 30 thousand people;
1 place – Menzelinsk town
2 place – Bavly town
3 place – Buinsk town
4 place – Mendeleyevsk town
5 category: 1 to 15 thousand people;
1 place – Mamadysh town;
2 place – Sheremetyevskoye rural settlement of Nizhnekamsky area
3 place - urban-type settlement Dzhalil of Sarmanovsky area
4 place - village Sarmanovo of Sarmanovsky area
5 place - urban-type settlement Aktyubinsky of Azanakayevsky area
6 place – village Aktanysh of Aktanyshsky area

In nomination “Best enterprise, department or any organization for land improvement” 4 enterprises presented their materials.
1st place was given to “Uyutny Dom” LLC, Kazan city.
In nomination “Best Home Owners’ Association” 9 associations presented their materials.
1st place was given to “Management company of rural settlement Aktyubinsky” LLC of Aznakayevsky area.
The Commission offered to award special diplomas of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan to:
- Mendeleyevsk town for the preservation of architectural and historical heritage;
- village Sarmanovo of Sarmanovsky area, station Vysokaya Gora of Vysokogorsky area for active work to improve architectural look;
- Municipal State Enterprise “Administration for general improvement and landscaping” of Bavly town, “Aktyubinsky Housing and Public Utilities” LLC of urban-type settlement Aktyubinsky, “Housing and Public Utilities” LLC of Arsk town for planting excellence;
- Home Owners’ Association “Yaran” of village Aktanysh of Aktanyshsky area, Home Owners’ Association “Kordon” in Moskovsky district of Kazan city; Home Owners’ Association “Biryulinskoye” of Vysokogorsky area for active work of population in land improving;
- Executive Committee of Arsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Committee of Sarmanovsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan for active participation in the competition.
Moreover, the Commission gave recommendations to participate in all-Russian competition “4th annual competition among municipal entities of the Russian Federation for 2013”.
