The Ministry of construction shares its experience in construction of unique sports facilities

Today Minister I.E.Faizullin met with his colleague from the Rostov region V.N.Kuznetsov in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.   V.N.Kuznetsov arrived in Kazan with the official delegation. According to the initial agreement he intended  to obtain the information on the implementation of such projects as the citizens’ movement from the sailing housing stock,  solution of the problem of “deceived investors”, construction of housing for certain categories of citizens, development of urban planning documentation,  connection to networks and etc.  In fact most of the meeting was devoted to the issue of the construction of the football stadium.

Rostov-on-Don was also included in the list of cities to hold the FIFA World Cup in 2018. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Regional Development of the Rostov region is seriously concerned about this issue and wanted to get as much information as possible to avoid further complications at all stages including both the design and construction of the football stadium. The experts were happy to share information about the design decisions that could more acceptable in further operation as well as about the possibilities to make the project cheaper. Builders of the Rostov region will also have to build a facility in a fairly short period of time. V.N.Kuznetsov said that they would like to construct a unique and original facility.

The parties agreed to hold a series of meetings at different levels in the near future.
