Today, a grand ceremony of laying the first stone in the foundation of industrial-technological park “Synergiya” for the production of car components took place within the territory of special economic zone “Alabuga”.

The ceremony was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation O.G.Savelyev, Director General of “Special Economic Zones” OJSC O.A.Kostin and heads of republican departments and agencies.

A videoconference meeting with representatives of municipalities on the construction of the football stadium for 45 000 spectators located in Chistopolskaya street,  approval of general layouts for land use and development of rural settlements, and execution of documents of territorial planning took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev. The   meeting was attended by heads of Executive Committees of the municipalities. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan F.M.Khanifov also joined the meeting.

Today, the leadership of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of a number of industry enterprises met the delegation of company “Vaillant Group”. The meeting was held by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov; the delegation was headed by Managing Director Karsten Stelzer and Director General of the company in Russia Maxim Shakhov.

Today “Vaillant Group” is a leading European manufacturer of heating systems. Two main issues were discussed during the meeting: starting the production of wall-mounted double-pressure gas boilers in SEZ “Alabuga” and the company's participation in federal and regional programs on the modernization of housing and public utilities.

2012 was not easy for the State Committee on Tariffs of the Republic of Tatarstan, because a number of important steps to improve the system of tariff regulation were implemented in the Republic. In particular, within the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan cross-subsidization was eliminated in the field of heat and water supply, sanitation and partly in power production. In accordance with the Order of the President of Tatarstan to ease social tensions a number of decisions aimed at ensuring the social protection of the population has been adopted. This was announced today by Prime Minister of the Republic Ildar Khalikov summing up the results of Board of the State Committee on Tariffs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting summarized the work of the Committee in 2012 and the tasks for tariff policy in Tatarstan for the current year. As Ildar Khalikov noted the State Committee on Tariffs was perceived by many people as an entity which refers to energy production and housing and public utilities, since the population was mostly interested in these areas. “This is not the case. Many more tariffs being approved include health care, social services, and many other areas. The fact that we do not have the negative feedback or there is not so much of the latter, means that well-formed system work appeared in these areas. One of the main tasks of the Committee is to make such work appear in energy production and housing and public utilities”, said the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. Since the beginning of this year active work on the implementation of the program on housing construction has been started in all the municipalities. According to the data of Tatarstanstat 381.1 square meters of housing were commissioned in January 2013. The commissioned amount of housing in relation to the period of the last year is 156.8%.
