The corner stone laid in the foundation of industrial-technological park “Synergy” for the production of car components

Today, a grand ceremony of laying the first stone in the foundation of industrial-technological park “Synergiya” for the production of car components took place within the territory of special economic zone “Alabuga”.

The ceremony was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation O.G.Savelyev, Director General of “Special Economic Zones” OJSC O.A.Kostin and heads of republican departments and agencies.

Park “Synergiya” for the production of car components is will include small and medium-sized production lines. The project assumes the construction of three buildings for various purposes: building 1 with the area of 36,023 square meters for the producers of the first hand, building 2 with the area of ​​24,541 square meters for the production of polymeric materials, and building 3 with the area of 15,048 square meters for the producers of the second and third hands.

In addition to the production facilities the industrial park will house storage, office and service premises.

Building 2 will be commissioned in 2013 and will consist of a production area of ​​18,650 square meters and administrative and service area of ​​5,891 square meters.

General contractor is “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC.
