"The children's polyclinic in the new building in Menzelinsk is one of the indicative results of the fulfillment of social tasks that were expressed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in his annual message to the State Council," — he said. Recently, we opened a new polyclinic in the Vysokogorsk region. These facilities clearly show the growing level of health care, I am sure that this institution will serve to preserve the health of children, and good working conditions have been created for the medical staff. "

The design capacity of the polyclinic is 60 visits per shift. The building is equipped with modern medical equipment: an ultrasound machine, a multichannel electrocardiograph, an audiological examination device and others.

In Tatarstan, all measures have been taken under the program of providing housing for certain categories of citizens. They included 739 recipient families. Including in the field of education, 17 kindergartens with a total capacity of 3,220 places were built, 7 general educational organizations for 7,359 student places, 65 facilities in the health sector, 26 facilities in the field of sports development and 6 facilities in the field of culture. In order to prevent the emergence of new problematic objects of shared construction, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan are constantly developing effective mechanisms to ensure the protection of the rights of citizens participating in shared construction, one of which is project financing for construction, which has been in effect since July 1, 2019. In the Republic of Tatarstan, systematic work is also underway to solve the problems of defrauded equity holders. At the end of 2021, the construction of 9 problem houses with an area of ​​187.3 thousand square meters for 2,356 defrauded equity holders was completed.

Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that, besides this, 86 more units of equipment are intended for the regions, and they will also be delivered in the near future. For reference: In total, 1.1 billion rubles were allocated for the purchase of 155 units of municipal and special equipment in 2021. In addition, the ministry participates in 44 republican programs, of which 17 are for construction and 27 are overhaul. “We have completed the program for the commissioning of housing. This year our plan was 2.67 million square meters, actually commissioned 2.682 million square meters. The construction did not stop for a single day,” — said Marat Aizatullin.

All these are the latest standards of primary care introduced in Russia. It is important that the new polyclinic was built in the shortest possible time: the work started in April of this year, and in December the institution is ready to receive the first patients," — Sadykov read out a congratulatory letter. The new clinic has comfortable workplaces for medical staff and comfortable spaces for visitors. The institution is equipped with modern CT models, X-ray machines, mammography, ultrasound, as well as dental equipment. The clinic was provided with 17 cars. The new polyclinic will serve more than 52 thousand people from 124 settlements. The institution employs 61 doctors and 68 nursing staff.

In the village of Karamyshevo, Cheremshanskiy district, a new modular feldsher-obstetric station has been opened. The new feldsher-obstetric center is equipped with modern medical equipment, hot and cold water supply systems, as well as the Internet and a video surveillance system. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Cheremshan region Ferdinat Davletshin. Recall that according to the republican construction programs, in 2021, 42 feldsher-obstetric stations were built in Tatarstan.
