The capacity of the water treatment plant is 10 thousand cubic meters per day. During the implementation of the project, filtration equipment will be installed, thanks to which iron and manganese are removed from the water, and disinfection with a solution of sodium hypochlorite takes place, the quality of drinking water improves.

The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

Recall that in 2019, as part of the implementation of the program, a water intake station in Bolgar for 5 thousand cubic meters per day was put into operation in Tatarstan. The expansion of the water intake structure was carried out with the construction of a water treatment plant and with the use of water degreasing technology.

In 2021, the construction of a water treatment plant in the village of Vasilevo of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan with a design capacity of 4 thousand cubic meters per day was completed.  The project provides for the purification of drinking water at the reverse osmosis plant.
