A delegation from the Chelyabinsk Region visited the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

As noted by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov, the meeting was organized as part of the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Chelyabinsk Region on cooperation in economic, cultural, social and other spheres.

According to the project, the building of the executive committee of the settlement in the village of Malaya Yelga with a total area of 96 square meters will be one-story. There are 2 offices for management, rooms for accounting and archives, a lobby and a universal bathroom.

The builders completed the masonry walls, roofing and installed windows. They continue to install external sewerage, tile floors, and improve the territory. The total percentage of readiness for the facility is 67%.

The implementation of federal and republican programs for the development of public spaces continues in Tatarstan. The total completion rate is 19%. This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

For housing construction in the republic, more than half of the annual plan has been completed - 56%. In absolute terms, this is 1 million 814 thousand square meters. This was reported last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The sixth week of the All-Russian online voting on the selection of public spaces and courtyards for landscaping in 2026 is coming to an end.

Since the start on April 21, 329,052 Tatarstan citizens have participated in the voting, which is 82.25% of the plan. Residents of Alkeevsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Tyulyachinsky and Tetyushsky districts are recognized as the most active. A smaller percentage voted in Kazan, Aktanyshsky, Tukayevsky and Bugulminsky districts.

The meeting with the participation of Anatoly Ivanov, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, was held by Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the republican program, in 2025, it is planned to overhaul the rural House of Culture in the village of Kachelino in the Arsky district.

The total area of the one-storey building of the House of Culture is 797 square meters. At the moment, builders are completing repairs to the roof, facade and low-current networks. Electrical installation and interior decoration are also underway here. The total amount of work has reached 50%

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the cities of Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye in the Luhansk People's Republic on a working trip.

Together with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin and Acting Head of the Rubezhny city District Evgeny Shatalin, Damir Shaidullin supervised the overhaul of social facilities that Tatarstan is restoring.

According to the national project "Infrastructure for Life" in Chistopol, the comprehensive development of Lenin Street from Leo Tolstoy Street to Narimanov Street has begun. The total area of the renovated public territory is 2.6 hectares.

The project provides for the reconstruction of a park with a fountain, the creation of a meeting area for teenagers, bicycle parking, an exhibition space with the manufacture and installation of structures for the exhibition, and a mock-up of the city made of bronze.

The program of capital repairs of apartment buildings this year covers 42 municipalities of the republic. The passport of the program includes 911 houses, 16 of them have special accounts for the formation of the capital repair fund by the owners.
