In the residential area "Salavat Cooper" a 255-apartment community house for the widows of The Great Patriotic War veterans, orphans and employees of budgetary organizations was commissioned. The house rented out today is different from the others in the area. It accommodated three widows of The Great Patriotic War veterans - Razia Gabdrakhmanova, Zalfira Shaikhlislamova, Zinaida Yamanova and 35 orphans. They received the keys to the one-room apartments. In addition, tenants are moved into the house ahead of time under the social lending program. Now the keys are being issued to residents who are on the waiting list in 2021–2023. The house has 17 floors, three entrances. The total area of ​​the building is 15.3 thousand square meters. All apartments are fully finished and equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, smoke detectors with a detector, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system. Let us remind you that the house was built according to the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", initiated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

A new kindergarten for 50 children, built in the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district, today received a positive conclusion on compliance with the requirements of project documentation from the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan (Gosstroynadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan). The preschool institution was built at the expense of the republican budget. The building meets all the latest requirements of educational institutions. There are group cells with playrooms, bedrooms, a buffet, and a toilet; there is also a music and sports hall in the building. The total area of ​​the building was 890.2 square meters. The kindergarten is located in the village Biektau on the street of H. Safiullina.

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the preliminary results of the implementation of programs in the field of construction in 2020 at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to Aleksey Frolov, 51 objects have been included in the Healthcare program. 43 feldsher-obstetric points (FAP) and 7 medical outpatient clinics were built. The construction of the General Practitioner Office facility in the Vysokogorsky municipal district is nearing completion. In the branch "Agriculture" the work is still going on. Thus, according to the program for the construction of cowsheds and sheep farms, 6 objects have been completed. At this time, work is being completed at the last facility. Alexei Frolov recalled that the largest republican program is the program for the construction of kindergartens. Its funding exceeds 5 billion 200 million rubles. This is still one of the largest programs in Russia. In the current 2020, 22 preschool educational institutions have been built. To date, there is only one unfinished object - the kindergarten "Zapadnoe Zarechie". Completion of work at this facility is 95 percent. In general, we see no risks, said Alexei Frolov. The First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing, and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan also reported on the preparation of state programs in the field of construction for 2021. 44 programs are planned for implementation. Currently, they are being approved by the relevant departments.

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working trip to Laishevo. During the visit, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the opening of the indoor ice skating rink "Laishevo Arena". Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by the head of the Laishevsky district Ildus Zaripov. Funds for the construction of an ice rink were allocated from the republican budget. The building has a synthetic ice rink designed for hockey, figure skating, as well as for mass skating of people. On the territory of the ice rink, there are the gym, changing rooms, various administrative premises. The skating rink has a capacity of 300 people per day. “I would like to congratulate everyone on this significant event. We are opening 5 large sports facilities at once. All this is done for the good of the republic, to improve the quality of life of our citizens and create the necessary conditions for the development of mass sports,” - Rustam Minnikhanov noted. Then the first hockey tournament started on the Laishevo Arena ice. Rustam Minnikhanov made a symbolic throw-in of the puck.

The kindergarten is located in the "LCD Yuznyi Park" in the village Usady. The construction of this modern building began in November 2019 with completion in August 2020. Financing was carried out from the budget of Tatarstan. Kindergarten "Smart Children" is designed for 260 children, these are 14 age groups, including 6 groups of early age from 1.5 to 3 years old, 7 groups for children from 3 to 7 years old and one group of different ages. On the first floor there are 7 group rooms, a catering unit, a medical block, a laundry room, two bathrooms, one of which is for people with disabilities. On the second floor there are 7 group rooms, a music hall, a gymnasium, a methodological office, etc. The basement is provided with service and household utility rooms. The preschool has an elevator for people with disabilities. On the territory of the kindergarten there are 14 walking areas with shady awnings, 1 pram storage room.

The object was erected according to the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Today in the Shemordan village, Sabinsky district, a 12-apartment residential building was settled at the address: st. Shcolnaya, 2A. Participants of social mortgage programs and rental housing will live in the new apartments. The house with one entrance consists of three residential floors with a total area of ​​815.5 sq. meters. All apartments have been renovated - they are completely ready for living, equipped with plumbing fixtures, gas stoves, fire alarm sensors, water, gas, electricity meters, as well as individual heating boilers.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov examined the new cancer center in Naberezhnye Chelny. He was accompanied by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sadykov, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and the mayor of the city Nail Magdeev. The outpatient polyclinic and radiological centers were built as part of the modernization of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan. The goal of the project is to reduce mortality from malignant neoplasms. The centers are designed for 100 thousand visits and 30 thousand radiation therapy sessions per year. The construction became possible with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of "KAMAZ" PJSC. To date, construction and installation work has been completed by almost 100%. At present, the commissioning of electrical and low-current systems and the installation of medical equipment are underway. Rustam Minnikhanov positively assessed the quality of the construction work carried out, and added that the new center should begin work after the holidays.

New ice arenas built in Laishevo and Rybnaya Sloboda, received today a positive opinion from the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the compliance of the project documentation. Two indoor skating rinks were built according to a standard design. In each of the sports facilities, there is a synthetic ice rink designed for hockey, figure skating, as well as for mass skating. The building will also provide changing rooms for 25 people, showers, storage, distribution and drying rooms for rental skate shoes, and bathrooms. In accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, a program for the construction of indoor swimming pools, ice palaces and universal gyms is being implemented in the republic.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of state programs for a major overhaul of facilities and modernization of engineering systems in the republic today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Marat Aizatullin said that out of 31 programs of overhaul and modernization of engineering systems operating in 2020, 20 have been completed to date. Within the framework of the already completed programs, a total of 544 social and cultural facilities have been repaired and 728 facilities and 419.5 km of engineering networks have been modernized. The minister explained that apartment buildings are not included in this number: according to the passport of the apartment house overhaul program, 1,063 houses must be repaired in 2020. The State Housing Inspectorate accepted 1004 residential buildings. A significant amount of work is carried out in the Healthcare sector. 11 facilities have been completed under the program of an overhaul of medical hospitals. As part of the overhaul program for healthcare facilities, only one facility remains in operation. 7 healthcare facilities were repaired. Under the program of an overhaul of teenage clubs, construction and installation work is underway at 2 facilities. Completed - 14.

At the end of the event, the Deputy Minister thanked the awardees for the increased attention to this topic and wished everyone good health.
