Also, 48% believe that they are not sufficiently informed about the activities of the managing organization. 58.8% of respondents expressed readiness to sort waste.
This year, under the program "Restoration of street lighting in the settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan" 10 thousand 109 lamps were installed, 273 metering and control boards, 354 km of power lines were laid. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services has developed a draft methodology for determining the standard cost of 1 square meters and the average market value of 1 square meters of total living space in the regions of Russia. The draft order is posted on the Federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to update the methodology for estimating the cost of housing. It is proposed to exclude from the methodology a reduction factor of 0.92, which takes into account the share of costs aimed at paying for services of realtors, notaries, state fees and other costs associated with state registration of rights to real estate and deals with it. This is due to the fact that today the payment of these services is not taken into account by the statistical agencies in determining the average cost of construction of 1 square meter. The methodology of the Ministry of Construction is used to calculate social payments to certain categories of citizens in order to improve their living conditions.
On November 17, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.
Irek Faizullin recalled that 984 apartment buildings with a total area of 5.6 million square meters were included in the overhaul program. The amount of funding is more than 6 billion rubles. As for the overhaul of educational facilities, as of November 15, work is underway at 10 out of 94 preschool education facilities. At 84 facilities, work has been completed. Overhaul of resource centers (colleges) is underway in the republic - as of November 15, work is underway at 1 out of 11 facilities. In general, the amount of funding for the program is 681.38 million rubles. At 10 sites work completed. Of the 42 cultural facilities, work is being carried out at 4 sites. Irek Fayzullin also informed about the progress of the overhaul repairing of the institutions of social services and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the delegation of Tashkent Khokimiyat (Republic of Uzbekistan) will study the potential and experience of Tatarstan in the field of housing and communal services. This was announced by the First Deputy Khokim of Tashkent on architecture, capital construction and development of communications Davron Khidoyatov during a meeting with Deputy Minister Ildus Nasyrov.
