On September 7, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin and all regions of the republic, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov instructed the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan to form a comprehensive republican program for the overhaul repairing of children's health camps. He stated this today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, the President of Tatarstan instructed the Ministry of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan to develop a comprehensive overhaul program, designed for 3-4 years. Each of the camps within the program expects a comprehensive renovation meeting all modern requirements. The principle of a new overhaul program was proposed to the President of Tatarstan by the Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Fattakhov during the inspection of children's summer camps by Rustam Minnikhanov in July this year. Currently, there are 143 out-of-town camps in Tatarstan, including 76 state and 67 camps of enterprises and organizations. In the framework of the republican program for rest and recovery of children and youth in 2018, 218,672 children visited camps of various forms of recreation.

In August 2018, Chistopol ZHI conducted 57 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which 44 were inspections of the execution of previously issued regulations, 1 inspection - at the request of the prosecutor's office and 12 inspections - on complaints received by the CZHI. In total, within the framework of planned and unscheduled inspections, 82 residential houses with a total area of 257.08 thousand square meters were surveyed; revealed 197 violations of rules and norms of technical exploitation of housing stock. 48 orders were issued to eliminate the detected violations. The head of the CZHI made only 4 decisions to bring officials to administrative responsibility in the form of fines for a total amount of 17,000 rubles.

The moderator of the event was Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The discussion was also attended by the head of Rostekhnadzor of Russia Alexei Aleshin and deputy head Svetlana Radionova. In his speech, Irek Fayzullin noted that the introduction of new materials is a difficult way. The construction market as a whole is quite conservative. In this regard, joint efforts of line ministries, manufacturers of chemistry products construction and scientists in pursuing a more active policy in the promotion of progressive materials are needed.
The Inspector of the Chistopol ZHI, as part of the planned inspection of the LLC "Zhilishchnik-5", revealed a violation of the Federal Law "On Energy Saving and on Improving Energy Efficiency and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" dated November 23, 2009 No. 261-FZ. Responsibility for the revealed violation is stipulated in Part 5. of Art. 9.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, as a result of which a report was drawn up regarding the director of LLC "Zhilishnik-5". By the decision of the head of the CZHI, the director of the LLC "Zhilischnik-5" was found guilty and brought to administrative responsibility under Part 5 of Art. 9.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in the form of a fine in the amount of 5000 rubles.

In Yelabuga district in the village Lekarevo, the school was renovated. The building constructed in the 1984 year and major repairs in it has never been conducted. Thanks to the Republican program, in the building was completely replaced a roof, heating system, lighting, floors in the classrooms and corridors, the bathrooms were thoroughly renovated. For this work was allocated 19.5 million rubles. On August 31, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the year the State Construction Supervision and State Labour Inspectorate have conducted 920 inspections in the sphere of labour safety in construction industry and issued 295 decisions for the sum of 10 million 755 thousand roubles.
This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Irek Fayzullin said that as of August 31, 1 million 439 thousand square meters of housing had been commissioned in the republic, which amounts to 59.9% of the plan. The plan for housing construction is made in Pestrechinsky district. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 9 houses are being built for 19 veterans. To date, 8 houses are in a high degree of readiness and 1 facility - in an average degree.

In 2010, I wrote a letter to the Ministry of Regional Development asking whether it was possible to consider the amendments, the Builder's Day to be postponed because the season ends in November and December. But then we thought: August is a good time, a warm weather, good mood ... ".
