By now, the Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God restored in the capital of Tatarstan is ready for 60 percent. These are unique works, and our general standards are not applied to them. We hope that by the 4th of November, probably, the iconostasis will be fulfilled," - said Kudryashov. According to the optimistic assumption of the representative of the Kazan diocese, Mikhail Fedotov, however, it is possible that some decorations and murals will be realized by the summer holiday of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God on July 21, 2019.

The aim of the competition is to raise the prestige and popularity of the sanitary engineering profession, to change the attitude to this profession as a working speciality in general, to attract the attention of the public and young people who are faced with the choice of the working profession. On 17th of April the first stage of the professional skills competition took place in the Training Center of the Housing and Communal Services "Kazgylcomsertification" in the form of passing the theoretical examination, which was preceded by training, which covered the issues of: engineering and technical equipment of a residential building, operational requirements for internal sanitation systems, repair and preventive maintenance of sanitary equipment, sanitary-and-technical water-fittings, heating system of an apartment building, labor protection, industrial sanitation, warning traffic injuries and others. Based on the results of the district competitions, 24 participants in the contest "The Best Plumber of Kazan 2018" were identified.
Acceptance of applications for the all-Russian competition "Letter A" for the media, journalists and bloggers writing about architecture, extended until 30th of April inclusive. As explained by the organizers, this decision was made in connection with the active changes initiated by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation with regard to changes to improve the quality of the residential environment in Russian cities. For the 1st quarter of 2018, the Naberezhnye Chelny zonal inspection registered and examined 356 applications. 69 unscheduled on-site inspections were carried out. As a result, 64 prescriptions were issued. 66 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements for: the maintenance of the facade pipeline; charge for capital repairs; use of common property; cleaning of snow canopies, icicles and ice.
