On the implementation of the short-term capital repair program in 2018

In accordance with the approved short-term plan of the Regional Program for the overhaul repair of common property in apartment buildings located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018, major repairs are planned in Zainsk and Zainsky District in 17 houses, in Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsky district - in 123 houses, in village Novosheshminsk- in 2 houses. All the houses included in the capital repair program were examined by the inspection. Defective sheets for the implementation of the planned types of work are coordinated with the NZHI. Works on major repairs have been started: in Zainsky municipal formation- in 16 houses, in Nizhnekamsky MF - in 109 houses, in Novosheshminsky MF work is not conducted yet.
