The kindergarten in the Apastovsky district is being built according to the federal project "Modern appearance of rural areas".
"This is an analogue of the federal program "Time of Heroes", implemented on behalf of the President of the country," said Rustam Minnikhanov.

As Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, told RBC Tatarstan during a round table, 4.8 million square meters of housing are currently under construction in the republic. About a third of them are currently at the initial stage of work.
In total, more than 516 construction permits have been issued in Tatarstan today, Gimaev said.
