A two-storey kindergarten is under construction in the urban-type settlement of Apastovo in the Apastovsky district. The preschool educational institution with a total area of 1,981 square meters is designed for 80 places.

Facade and interior finishing works, installation of external and internal engineering networks are currently being carried out here. The entrance group is also set. The operational readiness of the facility is 74%.

The kindergarten in the Apastovsky district is being built according to the federal project "Modern appearance of rural areas".

"This is an analogue of the federal program "Time of Heroes", implemented on behalf of the President of the country," said Rustam Minnikhanov.

The implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings continues in Tatarstan. The facade and roof of the building have been updated, internal engineering networks have been repaired, windows and doors have been replaced. Interior decoration has also been carried out - installation of ceilings, floors, wall tiles, bathrooms.

As Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, told RBC Tatarstan during a round table, 4.8 million square meters of housing are currently under construction in the republic. About a third of them are currently at the initial stage of work.

In total, more than 516 construction permits have been issued in Tatarstan today, Gimaev said.
