On the eve of the new year, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, traditionally took part in the all-Russian charity event "Wish Tree". This year, the minister took eight postcards from the festive tree with the wishes of the little residents of the republic.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, all capital repair facilities under federal and republican programs have been completed. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in 2024 at a meeting at the Government House today.

In 2019-2024, 32.8 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" in Tatarstan. 352 facilities were built and reconstructed, and 648 emergency rooms were resettled (an additional 17 rooms are planned to be resettled by the end of 2024).

Biological treatment facilities (BPS) have been put into operation in Kazan after reconstruction. The work at the sewage treatment plants was carried out within the framework of the federal project "Improving the Volga River" of the national project "Ecology".

The overhaul of the Ishtugan Rural House of Culture, branch No. 7 of the Centralized Club System municipal budgetary institution, has been completed in the Sabinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of working group No. 17, dedicated to the results of work for 2024, which was held by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Working Group No. 17. The event was attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, member of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services Marat Nuriev, head of working group No. 17.

The construction of a modern universal sports hall has been completed in the village of Gabishevo, located in the Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the Our Yard program, 5,174 yards have been landscaped in Tatarstan over 5 years. This was announced by the director of the Institute of Urban Development of Tatarstan, Nailya Zinnatullina, at a traditional meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan has completed a complete program for the improvement of public spaces, which consists of 40 facilities included in the national project "Housing and Urban environment", two facilities of the winners of the All-Russian competition and 22 facilities included in the republican program. Over the past 2 weeks, contractors have closed work on the last facility, a park in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Thus, 64 public spaces have been improved this year. The work affected all municipalities of the republic.
