In 2023, the municipal infrastructure modernization program was launched with the participation of support from the federal budget. During this period, over 1.1 thousand events in the municipal sector were implemented.

During the implementation of the program, over 2,000 utility networks and industrial facilities, including boiler houses, water intakes, and wastewater treatment plants, were built, overhauled, and reconstructed in the Russian regions.

The limit of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings this year has been additionally increased by 3 billion and amounts to 10 billion 341 million rubles. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on plans for major repairs of social and cultural facilities, hydraulic structures and apartment buildings at a traditional meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

The meeting with the connection of all municipal districts (via videoconference) was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with Sergey Pakhomov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, coordinator of the "Convenient and Comfortable Life" direction.

The meeting took place at the B. Rameev IT Park in Kazan, as part of the regional day on the "Comfortable living environment" of the II All-Russian Municipal Forum.

The event was held at the Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan and brought together specialists from all over the country - heads of municipalities and their teams, experts in the field of municipal administration, senators, deputies, members of the federal and regional governments, as well as architects, planners, urban planners and experts in the field of urbanism and territorial development.

Since 2015, over 400 public spaces have been improved in Tatarstan, every tenth of which is located in the capital of the republic. This was stated by the head of the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan, Aigul Latypova, on the regional day of the II All—Russian municipal forum "Small Motherland - the strength of Russia".

148 park improvement projects worth 15.5 billion rubles have been implemented in Kazan over the past 15 years. The area of green areas in the city has increased 5 times during this time. Igor Kulyazhev, Deputy head of the Executive Committee, told about this on the regional day of the II All–Russian forum "Small Motherland is the strength of Russia."

In 2011, the city program "One Hundred Squares" was launched in the capital of Tatarstan, the republican program for the development of public spaces was launched in 2015, the federal project "Creating a comfortable Urban Environment" was launched in 2017, and the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" has been implemented since 2020.

In 2025, within the framework of the Our Yard program of the Raisa of Tatarstan, it is planned to improve yard territories for a total amount of 10 billion rubles. This was stated by Arina Petrova, Chief of Staff of the Institute of Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, curator of the program, on the regional day of the II All—Russian municipal forum "Small Motherland - the Strength of Russia".

As part of the implementation of the "Our Yard" program in Tatarstan, 679 yards are going to be renovated this year. Last year, it covered 835 sites.

The first rural agglomeration, Sabinskaya, will be formed in Tatarstan. A pilot project is being implemented on the territory of this municipal district – a program for the long-term development of a reference settlement: Rich Sabov. This was announced today by the head of the district, Rais Minnikhanov, and the director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Grigoriev, as part of the regional Tatarstan day of the II All–Russian forum "Small Motherland – the Strength of Russia".
