Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the results of the implementation of republican and federal capital repair programs at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The head of the Republican Ministry of Construction, Marat Aizatullin, took part in a meeting to summarize the results of the outgoing year in the Vysokogorsky municipal district. The event was attended by State Duma deputies Ildar Gilmutdinov and Rustam Kalimullin, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Ziganshin.

"The Vysokogorsky municipal district annually shows high development results in all major economic indicators. According to the results of the first half of 2023, the Vysokogorsky district ranks 10th in the ranking of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan," said Marat Aizatullin, Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, the opening of the new village council building in the Vysokogorsky rural settlement took place in a solemn atmosphere. The event was attended by Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Fund for the Support of Shareholders of the Republic of Tatarstan has received permission to put into operation an underground parking lot in the residential complex "Ministry of Emergency Situations", located at 1K6 Zur Uram str. 186 parking spaces of deceived shareholders. Thus, the federal register of long-term buildings in Tatarstan is completely closed.

In the residential area of «Salavat Kupere», the settlement of three new houses built under the social mortgage program has begun. 420 families will receive the keys to the new apartments.

A round table on the topic: "The game for improvement: what are the results of the real estate market ends in 2023" was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction with the participation of representatives of banks and developers.  The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

According to the housing construction program, the plan set for 2023 has been exceeded by 8.6%. As of today, 3 million 365 thousand square meters have been commissioned in the region.
