On September 9, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Director General of OOO “Gazprom transgaz Kazan” Rafkat Kantyukov and Aide to Tatarstan President Natalia Fishman took part in opening of Kirov park in the center of Kazan.
Today in the settlement of city type Karabash and in Tatar-Dymsky rural settlement took place the solemn opening of the administrative-residential complex for local police officers.
The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan held a meeting dedicated to the creation of the state information system "The Construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan".

On September 7, during his working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov laid a symbolic capsule in the foundation of new swimming pool in Grenada Park.
On September 7, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Pavel Astakhov and Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of the kindergarten №137 “Solovushka” in Privolzhsky district of Kazan.
On September 6, Rustam Minnekhanov visited several parks and gardens in Kazan. One of the oldest parks of Kazan, Lyadsky garden, has been opened after reconstruction. In the framework of the parks and gardens festival, master classes in drawing, photo exhibition and pantomime were held with the accompaniment of live music throughout the day.
