In the 255-apartment house there will be about 240 participants of the social mortgage program, as well as doctors-grantees, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and immigrants from emergency housing. The first stage of the housing complex "Salavat Cooper" (10th, 11th, 12th, 13th quarters) consists of 22 houses for 6 thousand 426 apartments. Also here is built the second stage (7th and 8th quarters), which consists of ten houses for 2924 apartments.
