On the results of the work of the Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate for the first half of 2018

During the planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspection - Zainsky, Nizhnekamsky and Novosheshminsky districts, the inspectors of the NZHI in the first half of 2018 surveyed 332 apartment buildings with a total area of ​5 015.93 thousand square meters. In the course of the inspections, only 1,345 violations were identified, including: the rules for the maintenance and repair of the apartment house -1185, the rules for the use of living quarters-125, the norms and the regime for providing the public with utilities-35. Totally were imposed fines in the amount of 845,800 rubles, of which by NZHI -192,500 rubles, by justice court - 653,300 rubles. Paid fines in fact 686,300 rubles.
