Tatarstan-Turkey: interaction in the construction sector
Representatives of the Turkish business: the companies Gursoy Group, Kalon Holding, Tanriverdi Holding and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed prospective areas of cooperation. Interaction in the field of construction was the main topic at the meeting. The business delegation outlined a number of promising areas for joint cooperation with Tatarstan, in which the Turkish side is most interested. The companies are ready to act not only as a general contractor in the construction of objects of varying complexity, but also as a developer and investor. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief Architect of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev told the delegation about the town-planning tasks of the republic, reconstruction and development of urban infrastructure systems, measures to preserve, use and popularize cultural heritage sites. "There are necessary and favorable conditions for investors in Tatarstan, as well as for Turkish ones. A comfortable investment environment was formed due to the personal participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in resolving many issues. This creates prerequisites for increasing investment, including from Turkey," - said Vladimir Kudryashev. At the end of the event, the delegation from Turkey thanked colleagues from Tatarstan for a meaningful conversation and expressed hope for further cooperation.
