Information about the inspection activity of Chistopol ZHI for August 2018

In August 2018, Chistopol ZHI conducted 57 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which 44 were inspections of the execution of previously issued regulations, 1 inspection - at the request of the prosecutor's office and 12 inspections - on complaints received by the CZHI.  In total, within the framework of planned and unscheduled inspections, 82 residential houses with a total area of ​​257.08 thousand square meters were surveyed; revealed 197 violations of rules and norms of technical exploitation of housing stock. 48 orders were issued to eliminate the detected violations. The head of the CZHI made only 4 decisions to bring officials to administrative responsibility in the form of fines for a total amount of 17,000 rubles.
