On 29th of June, 2019, a new house was commissioned in the Kazan residential complex "Salavat Cooper" at Alfiya Avzalova Street , building 15. The participants of the social mortgage program, doctors-owners of the grant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as veterans of the Great Patriotic War received the keys to their apartments. “Apartments with a fine finish. Come and live! Well-planned territory, prepared playgrounds, planted trees, lawn. This is the last home of the eighth quarter,” - Vladimir Nikiforov, Deputy Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, told reporters. The 18-storey new building consists of 5 entrances, each of which is equipped with a passenger and freight elevator. This is important because large families with baby carriages will live in the house. There are 425 apartments in the high-rise building, of which more than a hundred are three-room apartments. In the residential complex "Salavat Cooper" 32 houses have already been settled, and another 12 are under construction. Most of them are planned to be commissioned before the end of the year. These are six houses of the fourth quarter and three houses of the third quarter.
