The implementation of national projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the population
This year for Russia is marked by the implementation of national projects. For the regions, the execution of national projects will be a significant impetus for development. The Republic of Tatarstan is involved in the implementation of 49 federal projects affecting priority sectors. One of the essential areas contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the population of the region is construction. In Tatarstan, starting in 2011, over 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned. The republic occupies a leading position among the subjects of the Russian Federation and the Volga Federal District. According to the results of 2018, 2,409.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the region. This made it possible to load construction organizations with work and to keep competition among developers.
In accordance with the national project “Housing and urban environment” in Tatarstan, the following volumes of housing commissioning were approved: in 2019 - 2,425.0 thousand sq. meters, In 2020 - 2 450.0 thousand sq. meters , in 2021 - 2 475.0 thousand square meters, in 2022 - 3161.0 thousand square meters, in 2023 - 3404.0 thousand square meters, in 2024 - 3 648, 0 thousand square meters. As part of the national project, it is planned to solve the problem of providing the population with affordable housing, building new social facilities, as well as stimulating the development of the construction complex. As Russian President Vladimir Putin noted: “People should feel the positive effect of national projects, which, ultimately, are aimed primarily at improving the quality of life of citizens of the country.”
