Within the framework of the project, a water treatment plant will be built in Bolgar and in five districts of Tatarstan, also the sewage treatment plant will be repaired. The deputy general director of the state institution “Gasification Fund, energy-saving technologies and the development of engineering networks of the Republic of Tatarstan” Yevgeny Volkov told this at a press conference in the IA “Tatar-inform”.  Within the federal project “Improvement of the Volga River” in Kazan, in Bolgar and in five districts of Tatarstan, the sewage treatment plant will be modernized.  “At the level of Russia there is a federal project “Improvement of the Volga River ”, Tatarstan is also participating in it.  To date, 1 billion 200 million rubles in the republic is directed to the modernization of six facilities in six districts,” - the speaker noted.Yevgeny Volkov said that the construction of sewage treatment plants will be carried out in Agryzsky (Krasny Bor) and Alekseevsky (Alekseevskoye urban-type settlement  ) areas, major overhaul of sewage treatment plants in Zainsk is also planned, large-scale construction of sewage treatment plants in the storm sewers in Kazan, a large project to renovate sewage treatment plants  in Yelabuga and the same program in Tetyushi.  Also, the Deputy General Director noted that construction will be carried out in the Bolgar.  There will be a construction of a water treatment plant so that the water meets all the necessary requirements.
