Municipalities started working on programs of 2013

Today a republican videoconference meeting on the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 185-FZ of 21/07/2007 “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 and major repairs in schools was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov in the Government House. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov participated therein. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin made a keynote report. As of December 20th, 2012 (according to GZhI), works on major repairs were performed for a total amount of 4 billion 369 million rubles equal to 100 % of the annual limit. The work was entirely completed in all municipalities. Major repairs were completed in all 884 apartment houses. GZhI signed acceptance certificates for 884 buildings.

As for the extra program major repairs were carried out for a total amount of 324.9 million rubles equal to 87.75% of the annual limit.

As far as the program “Pure Water” is concerned, on 20/10/2012 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the list of the facilities to be constructed in 2013 which will provide drinking water for the population. It is referred to all municipalities.

4 thousand 884 apartments (318 houses) in 22 municipalities are to be transferred to the individual heating system in 2013. The Fund for installation of gas service started developing design and estimate documentation. As of today, design and estimate documentation for 20 houses (436 apartments) in 10 municipal areas have been developed.

All major repairs to be carried out according to the program of 2012 were completed in 165 secondary schools and 5 special schools. The facades of three schools have not been completed yet due to weather conditions. They are to be completed in 2013.

A list of municipal secondary schools to be repaired in 2013 was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 29/11/2012. The list includes 162 municipal schools (including 20 schools in Kazan) and 7 special schools for a total amount of 2.5 billion rubles.
