Ministry of Regional Development brings up the applicable Rules for public services provision for discussion to be held by representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin is on his working visit in Moscow. He attended the meeting held by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation on the application of the Rules for public services provision to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and houses approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No.354 of May 6th, 2011.

Among the issues to be discussed were the following: new approaches to housing policy aimed at creating an effective system of relations between consumers and providers of housing and public services, legal aspects of the Rules for public services provision to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and houses approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No.354 of May 6th, 2011, their interaction with other regulations, charges for public services, necessary changes of the housing legislation, and etc.

After the plenary meeting, the participants discussed other issues during the “round” table meeting.
