12 percent of annual amount of housing according to the program in 2013 introduced already
Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.
As of January 25th, 2013 282.7 square meters of housing (12% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic. As for the social mortgage program 19 houses with a total area of 91.7 thousand square meters for 1.624 apartments were commissioned. Among 114 objects of the program the degree of readiness of the objects is the following: 55 objects have a high degree of readiness; 19 objects have an average degree of readiness and 40 objects have a low degree of readiness.
The Republic continues to build 34 houses for 381 veterans. Among 109 investment apartment houses 62 houses have a high degree of readiness; 23 houses have an average degree of readiness and 24 houses have a low degree of readiness.
By February 1st, 2013 the Republic of Tatarstan shall submit to the State Corporation – Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities for the period the annual report on the implementation of republican target programs on major repairs in apartment buildings and citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock as well as the fulfillment of the conditions of the financial support approved by Federal Law 185-FZ. According to Minister I.E.Faizullin all municipalities submitted the required documents in time. President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov decided to ask the leadership of the Fund to use the electronic document management when making reports.
The Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved program “Rural clubs” for 2013 including 46 objects. As of today, the work has been organized at 16 facilities.
