Proposals to the bill

A meeting of the working group established by the Order of Minister I.E.Fayzullin to implement the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law “On the Fund assisting the restructuring of housing and public utilities” in the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Chairman of the Working Group, Deputy Minister R.K.Karimov. In connection with the amendments made to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation by Federal Law No. 271-FZ "On amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation and the admission of certain provisions of legislative acts of the Russian Federation as void” of 25/12/2012 a corresponding law of the Republic of Tatarstan is to be passed.

The participants of the meeting presented by experts of the Ministry, heads of concerned organizations and agencies were asked to state their viewpoints on the need to include some provisions to the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan being developed as well as provide suggestions for standards of this draft.

The results of the group's work will be the basis of the proposals to the bill.
