Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities holds an all-Russian teleconference

Today the State Corporation – Fund assisting the restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities holds an all-Russian teleconference. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan F.M.Khanifov attended the meeting. The participants discussed the implementation of regional target programs on major repairs in apartment houses, citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock and modernization of public infrastructure under Federal Law 185-FZ “On the Fund assisting restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities” for the coming three-year period, as well as the formation and operation of regional centers of social control in the housing sector including the implementation of new rules for the public services provision.

As for the program on major repairs in apartment houses of this year, the Fund has not adjusted the limits of co-financing yet. The amount of financing from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan equal to 1 billion 373.1 million rubles, and the amount of financing from the municipal budgets equal to 1 billion 74 million rubles have been defined.

According to the statistics the Republic of Tatarstan has 339.992 square meters of failing housing recognized as such before 01/01/2012. The cost of one square meter of resettlement in 2013 under Federal Law No. 185-FZ was fixed for the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 29 850 rubles.
