An offsite meeting of the working group on health and occupational safety in the construction sector takes place in Arsk

Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan holds an offsite meeting of the working group on health and occupational safety in the construction sector in Arsk.

The meeting is attended by the heads of the executive committees of Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky, Vysokogorsky, Tyulyachinsky municipalities, heads of construction companies and enterprises of the construction industry operating within the territory of these municipalities.

The analysis of the causes of the growth of occupational injuries in the construction sector will be presented by member of the working group, Head of the State Labour Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan R.R.Babanazarova. A representative of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security of the Republic of Tatarstan will talk about the influence of working conditions on the reduction of occupational injuries. Deputy Director of Self-Regulatory Organization Regional Non-Profit Partnership “Union of builders of the Republic of Tatarstan” M.V.Rizvanov will report on the measures taken against the members of the Partnership who allowed accidents to happen.

The heads of executive committees of Arsky and Kukmorsky municipalities will tell about the preventive work carried out in the municipalities. Directors of construction companies “SK VOK-stroi” LLC, “Tekhnologiya Stroitelstva” LLC, “Vamin Tatarstan” OJSC and “Kukmorstroiservis” will report on the causes of the accidents occurred in 2012 and the measures taken to prevent occupational injuries.
