Activities carried out in the sphere of occupational safety and health in the construction sector summarized today

Today a joint meeting of the Executive Committee of Tatarstan Republican Organization (the Trade Union of Builders of Russia), the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan, the Administration of Rostechnadzor of the Volga Region and that of Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan and organizations of the construction sector of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Palace of Labor.

Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Organization (the Trade Union of Builders of Russia) V.G.Mikhasev summarized the results of organization and preventive measures to prevent occupational injuries in 2012 taken in enterprises and organizations of the construction sector of the Republic and identified the main tasks for 2013.

Head of the Department, Chief State Inspector of the State Labor Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan, R.R.Babanazarova reported on occupational safety and injuries in the construction sector of the Republic.

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin told about the results of the work of the construction sector of the Republic in 2012 and tasks for 2013.

The winners and prize-winners of the competition for the best enterprise and arrangements to ensure occupational safety among organizations of the construction sector of the Republic of Tatarstan received diplomas for 1, 2 and 3 places.
