Major repairs already started in 473 apartment houses in Tatarstan

The program on major repairs in apartment houses in the Republic of Tatarstan included 823 houses for the amount of 4.709 billion rubles. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a republican video conference meeting.

The meeting was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Acting President of the Republic - Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

As Irek Faizullin noted the repairs had been already started in 473 houses. He also said that in order to obtain funding the documents to be submitted to the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities should be executed as quickly as possible.

As for the program on major repairs in schools, at the moment all 169 schools have been inspected, and the conclusions for 38 objects have been submitted to GISU. At that the repairs have already been started at 135 objects in 38 municipalities.

Irek Faizullin further reported that the Republic continued to implement the program “Pure Water”. As of March 29th, 2013 the Fund for the Installation of Gas Service continues to develop the design and estimate documentation for the water supply facilities.

Among 121 water supply facilities the design and estimate documentation has been developed for 91 facilities (75%) in 43 municipalities, 30 projects in 23 municipalities are being developed.

In 2013 the program on the construction and renovation of primary health care facilities in the areas of the Republic of Tatarstan included 417 health care institutions. In particular, as for the construction of modular rural health posts, the situation today is as follows: 68 sites have been prepared; 33 foundations for the installation of a rural health post have been installed; the plant produced 30 sets of rural health posts.

11 sets of rural health posts have been transported to construction sites of municipalities.  4 rural health posts have been installed, 5 of them are being installed and 2 posts are being prepared to be erected.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction stated that the municipalities which had not started the work might be excluded from the program.

Then Irek Faizullin briefly reported on the construction work at the site of the new football stadium for 45 thousand spectators in Kazan (in Chistopolskaya Str.). Thus, for 7 months the total production amounted to more than 72 thousand man-days. Today, the paving work is being carried out by crews from 21 municipal areas. 9 out of 15 thousand square meters have been completed on the first circle.
